So far we have been pleased with our experience, we have just had phase 1 of our project completed. The communication has been very good with Jack sorting our queries and our ever changing requirements.

The whole process of designing, purchasing and installation of the new front door was extremely efficient. The installer, was extremely efficient and tidy..

There was a discrepancy with a window (my fault with miscommunication) a new one was made and delivered before the fitters had finished the job. Fantastic turnaround.
We also had a bit of snagging to be completed.
After a call, the fitters returned and made everything good without quibble.
All in all, we’re very satisfied as customers and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hometec Windows.

Back door replaced with a design of our choosing. Fitter did the job with no fuss, cleaned up after working and made a very good job.

Hometec installed a new door for me this morning ahead of the estimated timeline. Everybody in the showroom was really helpful at the time of ordering. The surveyor equally polite and helpful. The fitter was professional and left everything clean and tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They were lovely, prompt installers, and did an excellent fitting job, left no mess. Very happy.

They were our original window etc. installers so it was reassuring that they were still going well, 17 years on and a natural choice to replace our front door which had started to show it's age.
