Mario is verry friendly and answer verry fast.
It was an nice hollidaytripp and a buitifull house. The river direkt bevor the house is an adventure and for me a good nightmelodie to sleep. 😉

Superb customer service

Having made an error in an original booking with HomeToGo (entirely my fault), I feared finding accommodation in Benodet, Brittany would be very difficult.
I used the online chat and also completed the online form. So often you try to get help from a website and no one ever gets back to you. However with HomeToGo I received replies in minutes and with the patient and thoughtful help of Dominica I have booked a perfect stay for us.
This is an example of exemplary customer service and I cannot recommend HomeToGo highly enough.

Very easy, very fast!

For now, it's just about the booking process, and that was really quick and easy to complete. I'll find out at the end of April 2027 whether it lives up to its promises.

Generally fine

Generally fine, but some filters are weird. For example, you filter for free of charge canceling, but then the map still randomly switches the icons on the map to show the same house without canceling price or with from one second to the next. Sometimes even when hovering the icon.

The presentation, selection and booking process were excellent. However, the payment process via the mobile app could be improved. Let's see how the rest of the process goes.
