Easy to use with everything you Need to know

Really nice and clean lodge, easy check-in and good facilities on spot.

Good overview and presentation of the "location", in time response and confirmation of the booking.

This is the second time we have booked with Home to go, and so far everything has been very easy and perfect.

Choice of many good locations, good photos and full description of houses and flats. Easy booking.

The check in was fairly easy but the cabin in Shag bark Pigeon Forge Tennessee was a disaster. It was dirty and we had to buy pans to cook in because their’s were scorched. We also had to buy towels and a can opener. Several lamps didn’t work and we had to read by our flashlight. I have sent several reviews to HomeToGo but they have sent my emails to several different offices and they have never said what they are going to do about it.

Easy booking and good proposals to discover for next vacation. I did not find the feature or button to be able to print the invoice under details. Overall very good first experience

Everything was easy.

It was really easy booking and I paid a deposit and got an email from the owner the following day.
However it would have liked an invoice for the deposit not just the insurance, I am now unclear when the remainder of the money will be due and where it will be paid to

When I used it for the first time, I found the site somewhat confusing, as it wasn't always clear what needed to be done next. Too much irrelevant information that isn't needed for the booking process is displayed.

A good variety of offers, can be filtered according to Personal needs.
Good overview where the offer is located and which regional sightseeing is clone
However descriptions are sometimes misleading, e.g. number of bathrooms, if the 2nd one is only a toilet. An indication how long the hosts have been active would be helpful. Quality of pictures sometimes bad, there should be a qualitative check and profile what they should look like

Everything is fine so far. We don't know how to get into the apartment.

Payment terms, when paying by invoice or credit card are unclear in the confirmation mail, but the link to the FAQ helped.

My experience was catastrophic: the host cancelled my booking just one hour after I sent the request. I reported this to Travelnest and, today, five days later, I still have neither an alternative solution nor a refund of my money.

They charge you the full amount for the booking but never return your money. They only give excuses; customer service simply does not exist.

If you want safety and confidence in your booking, use another agent. With Travelnest, you end up without accommodation and without your money. A scam!

They don’t even deserve one star.
