very happy with purchase and fast postage

i ordered two chairs in april from this company. i emailed them in may. they said they were delivered to my front porch on the first of june, which did not happen. the cost was 45.00. i got a package from them of a very small folding camp stool. they said id i sent it back they would refund half my money. i told them it was rediculous and expensive to ship this to china. i have tried to contact thi person "jack3" and he no longer answers my emails. was i a sucker or what. am working with my credit union to see if i can get my full amount back. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM ANYBODY THAT POSTS ON FACEBOOK. IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD, IT IS TOO GOOD.

I ordered 2 Rocking folding chairs from them in March 2021. They were $29.99 each the total with tax was over $62.00. I've emailed them at least 6 times to let them know that I didn't receive them. They kept telling me they sent them. I never received them, so I asked them to cancel them and refund the money. This week I received 2 small music boxes that aren't worth more than $3.00 each. I sent them another email asking them for my refund and no answer yet. This seems like a scam to me.

I ordered a portable folding rocking chair on Mar. 27, 2021.the chair was 50% off which made my price $29.99. I never received the chair I ordered. OnMay 19, 2021, I received a tiny folding doll stool which might have been $2.00. I have all the records and receipts showing what I ordered and did not receive it. This is not right for them to take my money and not send me what I ordered. This is terrible service. I have not been able to get a refund. I’m a widow and I don’t have any money to waste.

I ordered a fluffy rabbit shaped scarf in November and all I've had so far is an invoice from the day I purchased it. No sign of the scarf yet so I have put it in pay-pal's hands.

I ordered a workbench and have not received it contacted the company they said it had been delivered no sorry it's not so they set me a tracking list, so I said well it's not been delivered to me now they stopped replying to my email. This company is and should not be trusted I have reported this to PayPal TODAY AND AWAIT THE OUTCOME I will also be putting it on Facebook so other people do not get ripped off. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM - 5 STARS BUT IT DOES NOT LET YOU GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR

I have order in 13 may 2020, a portable worktable and a ladder en pay € 19,98 and € 19,98 first there was a view months nothing, then i bycame a worthless holder for a tablet.
In the beginning there was a e-mail bla, bla covid 19 bla, bla have patience, bus after more e-mails nothing.

I ordered a picnic cooking box back in April - a pretty large and heavy item. After waiting weeks, I started to investigate and was given a tracking number - the RM said it had been delivered. I actually received two silly collapsable canvas storage boxes!! I have kept copies of all images and documentation, but do not honestly expect to get any satisfaction... this Chinese operation is TOTALLY FRAUDELENT.

I ordered and paid for a folding picnic table in April and am still waiting for it. I have contacted the company but to no avail. I think that Consumer Affairs may be interested in this company !!!!!!!!

I would be willing to still receive it now as it was to have been a gift for my daughter.

Have been trying since 5/08/20 to get a delivery for a Portable Work Table. The tracking number they gave me shows it delivered in or by the mailbox.Under no circumstances would a Portable Work Table fit in my mailbox. All I get is a runaround. It has been 6 months and still No delivery or Return of payment.

I never received my item, open a dispute to Paypal and they didn't help. they manage to don't give you your money back. it is a shame that paypal, still having all the evidence and a false tracking, are in favor of these scams.

I ordered a portable Hometu work table via Shop if. After weeks of waiting a mobile phone stand was received by me instead of the workbench. I advised the seller and repeatedly asked for the correct item to be sent and I would return the incorrect item.eventually I had to put in a claim with PayPal who eventually decided I had received an item so case was closed. I have no way of continuing my claim. The sale appears to be a scam so please be aware you may not get the item you ordered and may subsequently loose your money. I had to give a 1 star rating to be able to leave this comment but in fact I would give minus 5 stars. This was theft by deception. I cannot recommend using Shopify.com or HOMETU. Rip off!

I also ordered a workbench back in May. Never came. So raised a dispute with PayPal. I waited several months for them to investigate only to be told that the seller had produced evidence of tracking. So I have asked PayPal to provide me with this proof and who signed for it. I won't hold my breath.
PayPal use any means so they don't refund you back your money. They can see I was not a one off if you look at the reviews. Why even use PayPal. Hometu is a very risky seller. You have been warned.

'I have been waitinging since June for this to be resolved. And I dont have the item, but a cheap plastic Ipad stand. They are asking me to return it to china, costing £10.84. Which is totally unrealistic.
Can you inform the company they are asking for it knowing it wont happen.
I am on a forum, which is all about this, and I am going to post the response so other people will think twice about using paypal if this is the best you can do.

I order a work bench in april, I receive a tablet stand and I claim, they offer me a 30% refund or they ask to return the tablet stand to Them. This is a fraud.

This crowd are total con artists. They send some rubbishout that you did not order, so they can show delivery (eventually). When you complain they try and get you to accept a reduced price for the rubbish they have sent. I got paypal onto them and to be fair they were good. I eventually got a full refund. So...if like many of us, you fall for them, don;t give up. They reply on the amounts being small and most people just accepting an easy life. Keep on at paypal, get them to ban them.

I order a workbench in March still not arrived it's now late August it's in the hands of paypal whether I will get my money back who knows. Facebook is as bad as them for allowing these add's. Do not trust anything for China the only you will probably get is Covid 19

Quick update on my fight with Hometu. I have got a full refund off them after 22 emails backwards and forwards. You have to not take no for an answer or nothing less than your full refund. Tell them you know they are scamming you and many many more people, that's what I did and I threatened them with legal advice, the press and PayPal. I did open up a dispute with PayPal but it started back to where they told me to send the pathetic basket back to them which I refused to in other correspondence. I was worried once I had stopped the dispute with PayPal that I wouldn't get my money back. I did though and didn't send anything back to them. They know very well that I was in my right to get it back and they know they are in the wrong scamming so so many of us. So all of you please DO NOT sit back and think oh well I've lost that money. I too have been scammed by these people,Paypal has taken up my case for a full refund,but I have to return the tablet stand I received instead with tracking number that I was given for work tables,Royal mail have confirmed the weight as being 97 grammes that matched the tracking number thieves!! The address paypal has given me is in Chinese so I don't I ow if it will be accepted

In may 1st 2020 I asked for a Portable work table and just yesterday -after many email- they told me than my product was delivered in June 13. They charged immediately in my account bank. The portable work table video is very nice! I want this table!
