They sell cheap Chinese fakes instead of the original expensive brand. They only got feedback once after writing a complaint, they didn't even apologize. They are not going to exchange the item for the original or refund the money. I will complain to the relevant authorities.In addition, the goods took a month to arrive instead of the stated delivery time, and no one was held responsible for this either.

I’ve contacted the company twice after my purchase (on 5 October 2025 and again, as I had no answer, on 8 October 2025) asking for assistance. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any reply so far.

What I do find surprising is that, while my messages to customer support remain unanswered, I keep receiving marketing emails and product offers. It makes me question the reliability of a company that knows how to keep its sales communication active, but not its customer support channel.

I received my order today and I'm absolutely delighted with my little gold cushion covers. The detail of the Greek keys and quality is beautiful. The company communicated very well from ordering to delivery. I will definitely order from them again

Product came promptly, before expected. Packaged well and arrived undamaged. Product working as described and I am very pleased with it. Colours as expected, size as expected. Worth the money I payed. Looks great.

Product not as it seemed cannot fit a box of tissues inside , sizes are impossible to find

Full order has now finally arrived, thank you. In pictures things always look a little ’different’, but all as it should be I guess.

The size of the item was not correctly displayed. I had hoped to send it to my daughter but it’s not worth the post. I shall scrutinise more carefully in the future. 😩

I was gardening in my front garden when the driver arrived. His manner was courteous and pleasant.

Communication was good, Delivery was quick, but I was disappointed with the product - red "apple" toilet brush. I expected a glossy ceramic "apple" but it's made of rather cheap plastic. Disappointed. Perhaps I didn't read the description properly. I'll keep it because I've used it already. But am keeping it hidden.

I received the second parcel, it was wrapped pretty well for transport, the 9mm Single Pistol Magazine Fast Pouch was really well made, had really good retention and were smooth for inserts and reloading, I cant wait to use these out in the field.
