The site was very user friendly and my report was LOADED with information. I wasn't expecting most of the facts that I was given but am certainly glad that they were given to me. I had a special and uncommon question that I needed to know. The answer was not on the report but I clicked on "chat" and friendly help was there immediately.

Was able to obtain important information to make a buying decision

I ordered this to double check on a property I want to make my forever home. I had checked area crime reports, but in reading this I found out about former drug labs in this area, and sex offenders in the area, valuable info that was so easy to get, and so valuable to know. If I do not buy this property I will use this to check out another. Great service, thank you

The information on the home appears to be collected from zillow and from tax collectors office, however, the report includes pictures posted from the last sale listing and consolidates info into one report. I was suprised to see my bird's eye view was current and shows my new fencing. Also provided is a handy home buyers checklist which I plan to use as a home sellers checklist to ensure i don't overlook any important updates/fixes on my home prior to selling. All in all, a good deal.

As anyone knows that has either bought or sold a house, there is a lot of information to consider and this site, HomeValue.us.org., had access to a lot of information at one site.
