Valued estimate on home
I was surprised at how quickly the estimate was completed and the amount of information that was available. I kept waiting for the "to get your report you have to pay" message to see how much the estimate and report would cost me and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was only $1.00 with additional reports for another dollar or so. Very happy with service and accuracy of their information, as my home was recently updated on the county property appraiser's site and they had the current information. Would recommend to anyone needing to find property value.

A very thorough report and a great service for the price.
I purchased the Home Value Report to see how much our property is currently worth. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of detailed information I received for $1.00. I was also impressed by the ability to chat online with an expert real estate appraiser who was available to answer any questions that I might have concerning the information contained in the report.
