This is a fairly comprehensive report with good information. for the $1 price to obtain the report it is fair value for the information gathered on my property.

Checking Property taxes for 2019 due to Illinois Income Tax correction for State of Illinois

Seems to be a pretty good report. The only thing I did not like was that there was not a screen that told me my total charge. I realize it said $1 per report....but I would have still like to see my total.

Compared to the same process in the Seattle Metro Area, this tool is time consuming and contains less actionable info about the structures on the property.

I appreciate the tool is state wide and does possess sophisticated marketing gimmicks for other services. But I prove the simple tool of Parcel Viewer in King County, WA. Check it out.

The report gave me the information i was looking for, how do i submit changes to correct inaccurate Data??

Extremely easy to use. I was able to verify ownership records as well as property information.

I'm still a little bit confused. I am trying to find out the due date and taxes on our property. I have so far been to mcassessor.maricopa.gov and this site. I have a wealth of information on our home that i did not have before but still don't know what the taxes are or when they are due.

3 1/2 stars. Information in the report I could have looked up for free. Glad it was just $1.00,

I did not receive email, called support after ~3 minutes. As I was talking to support, email came in to Junk folder. I hung up. Tried to access report, It asked for password I had not given or was asked to give. Called support, he gave me " pvtagent25 " - a standard password provided by support. Either password was not asked for (I believe this to be the case) or poorly identified and allowed me to go on without it.

Decent report for the Price. Doesn't list comparables so it's hard to tell what else sold in the area but you don't have to talk to a RE Agent. It provides all the details for your property and lots of other information.

While $1 is not much to pay, the results were worse than free services. As well the charge that actually comes through is $18.95.
Very inaccurate information such as something as simple as available vehicle parking.
As well user name provided comes back as invalid so they will not even allow for logging into my account.
Clearly a scam site that needs to be removed from the internet
