So far, so good. Accurate information re the actual property, but hoping I can get additional information re the property deed as I continue through this process. If not, I plan to call the County directly to assist me in the deed search for this property, which belongs to our family.

The information was very helpful but a layout of the house and the square footage would be a great supplement. The square footage on the tax records does not match the current listing.

Our report is not up to date.. there is incorrect data too - it states there is one bathroom when there are 2 full baths. Finally, it would not print the checklist when the button was pushed.

I think the report was very helpful but when I was after very directed answers I was put on hold. I will come back if you can help me get the truthful reports for the property and people I have questions about. I want to know very clearly what I own or am in control of and that is it. If I say I am responsible for something but am told no then find out later that I was right that stinks.
