Homeward was great and helped me be able to get the home I wanted. Communication was rocky in the beginning, but improved over time. I think the reason for the communication issues was due to dealing with several departments, instead of one handling everything. Overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend Homeward to get the house you want. I won my contract out of fourteen others and I couldn’t have done it without them! The rent and convenience fee is a little steep, but I still feel like it was worth it!
