We have a PestOff bird feeder and needed a new part for it. The team at Homgar pointed us to the correct part, I ordered it and it arrived fast. It fits and the feeder is back to it's really good self.

I purchased a squirrel proof feeder recently, and unfortunately after a week of being hung on my feeder station,I noticed one morning that one side where the birds perch was broken. No idea how it happened we don’t have squirrels anywhere near. I sent an email and was quickly answered. I was asked if the address they had was correct to which I answered yes. And was sent a whole new bottom assembly by a lovely understanding lady called Liz. I couldn’t be happier.

I am very pleased with Homgar and in particular the help given by Adam. He is a very polite, helpful young man as are all the staff at Homgar.

I had a problem with a suet nugget base and Adam arranged a speedy delivery to replace the previously damaged suet nugget base.

I placed an order c.10pm on a Saturday evening, realised I’d made a mistake so sent a message asking if anything could be done. I received a reply the next day with the problem already sorted out and an unexpected postage refund on its way. Fabulous service, thank you Liz. The items I’ve ordered turned up promptly and are well made. Great fun watching squirrels try and fail miserably to get at the bird seed! 😁

My order was delivered promptly and is of good quality. The accompanying instructions meant I was easily able to add the bird cage to the bird feeder thus enabling only small garden birds to reach the seed.

Would have given excellent but for one thing - arrived quickly by Royal Mail but with postage label stuck on actual box advertising all to see what it was! I would prefer for it to have been boxed securely in an unmarked carton as this was for a present for a good friend. Luckily not damaged and although bottom securing sticker undone all was present inside. I took ages peeling off postage label so as to be able to wrap up for my friends birthday!

Easy order process. Delivered on time by a lovely delivery man. The box of seed was very heavy and he carried it indoors for me. Thank you.

Bought three squirrel proof bird feeders but starlings took all the food. Bought three starling proof cages but rats climbed the support, entered the cages and fed. Bought the new Homgar feeder station with baffle. Rats prevented from climbing but the crows discovered they could shake the seed feeder and spill the seed. Now the crows have also learned that they can stretch into the cages on the feeders and take from both the seed feeder and the suet pellet feeder. (The woodpeckers did this from the start and were very welcome.)The small birds do not get a look in now the crows attend en masse. Where to go from here having spent substantial sums of money on feeders, cages and the new Homgar feeding station? I will try to video the crows feeding.

It really does deter the starlings, and you know how persistent they can be.
