Experienced issue with unreasonable long lead time by hauler (4 weeks from Netherlands to Czechia, suspected for being lost on way).
Approach of the seller was very professional with effort to resolve and satisfy customer. The parts were sent once again (one price only).

Recently I ordered a fuel cap gasket for my old 550K3. The costs were very low and the delivery perfect: in 2 days the gasket was fitted on my bike!!!!
