Dishonest Mobile would be a better description. I signed up on Monday as my home internet is down and I have used up my data on my Vodafone SIM. Honest seemed much cheaper. I needed data for Teams meetings which it doesn't support and for internet searches which it doesn't support fully. None of this was clear before I paid. Ended up getting GifGaf which works

Charlotte showed great patience and gave clear step by step instruction to resolve my installation issue and took time to give added advice on how best to use the smart sim at home and abroad to avoid provider charges.

Signed up to Honest Mobile on monthly subscription just before a trip to Jamaica, used whilst there and recommended to my husband who got £5 off his subscription. Used whilst in Jamaica and experience was good so signed up for annual subscription.

I didn’t seem to get my referral fee taken off my annual subscription so reached out to Honest Mobile by email. Max from customer support contacted me very quickly and sorted out the issue, so very happy with the service.

Great service and I had no issues using the smart sim in Cape Verde where I got unlimited data

I’ve spoken to them a few times when I have screwed up my eSIM installation and they have been very helpful, can’t fault their service at all.

Not a good experience for me... in Africa...downloaded esim but had huge difficulties installing it... 2 sets of conflicting guidance... went round in circles for about 2hrs before I give up for the night... tried again in the morning for another hr without success... reached out for help... AI assistant mostly helpful to be fair but couldn't go any further when it instructed me to turn off some toggles including wifi and let it know... turning off WiFi meant i could no longer respond and let it know... got put through to a person who was friendly but not much help... maybe your phone is not esim compatible he said... checked the compatibility against their list... given that we are talking esim you would exoect the list they have to be accurate... unfortunately not so... my phone was not on their list but not compatible... they let me know they have now added my phone to their list... i'm glad that my frustrating 3hrs going around in circles has saved them a job... well done me! Popped to a sim shop who fitted a sim for £2 more... nice chat with staff too.. will only ever get a physical sim in the future
