I had quite a complicated issue today, which took a while to sort. Katie, who dealt with me was fantastic throughout the process. She was very communicative, keeping me informed throughout. Her after care was also top notch. She is a massive credit to Honest Mobile, which is exactly what I'm looking for in a mobile provider.

I had a query with my new Honest Smart Sim and as the bot couldn’t help it passed me onto David who quickly resolved the problem and also answered a couple of other questions I had as I’m not very techy. Now to test it in action!!

Surberb customer services. Prompt and accurate information and handing of requests.

Sadly didn't work for me. I seem to have found a location that had no data connectivity at all, so no amount of alternating between carriers gave me any connectivity and cancelled the sim.
Cannot fault customer services though. Superb support.
All in all though I found the SIM tricky to set up. Someone with limited tech knowledge will struggle, so get help if that's you. Although customer services did help too.

I need support after messing up. The operator was very patient and knowledgeable and had me back up and running very quickly. Much appreciated.

I swapped phones and couldn’t get the sim working on my new phone KIRSTY was on it straight away a guided me through every step so I was back on line within not time.

Doesn't allow social media, web search or youtube. This wasn't clear if mentioned at all whilst buying.

We bought the eSIM has we were travelling around Asia and was sceptical at first but have to say it was a great purchase. There were times it took time to kick in, especially in Loa and Cambodia but it did work after a bit of faffing about and a few messages to customer support who was fantastic and responded within a few mins even though we was 7 and a bit hours in front, it worked seamlessly after those couple of blips in all the rest of the countries…even China with all their restrictions, I even bought local SIM cards in every in country and they struggled at times but our Honest sim worked fine so it filled in that gap until the local one started working. It gave us piece of mind which on long travel journeys you need.

The issue i had was resolved. This was down to human intervention although AI did have a good go. Milo stepped in and the support was great. He knew what needed to be done and offered support when I was installing a new ESIM. As I am abroad on holiday it is vital to have Internet for my flights my transfers and in general for the experience whilst away. I have crowdfunded honest mobile and as a contributor I can see there are great people making things work. Thank you.

Amazing customer service from Max. The eSim I had wasn't connecting to the network whilst I was in the USA so using WiFi I contacted Honest for assistance. Max sorted me out with a newer version of their eSim and provided me with comprehensive instructions on how to remove the existing eSim and then setup the new one. Once all of this was completed I had faultless and uninterrupted service for the rest of my holiday. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. You saved my holiday, thank you!

Horrible experience with this esim. Barely any network coverage in the uk. Didnt work at all abroad. Paid £50 for this and ended paying another £50 for trusted holafly travel esim as honest sim left me stranded. Unable to get a refund so will have to just delete it while money down the drain. Not a replacement at all!!

Quick response to the issue, sorted in less than 5 minutes and everything is once again tickets boo!

I was very confused initially I was advised my Samsung Galaxy 37 5G was incompatible, but was contacted by Will who talked me through how to install so far and then Milo took over and walked me through. e-SIM now installed and hopefully will enable simple process to get wifi cover in the USA great customer service thank you

Great customer service when I had to upgrade my e-Sim. Helen was fantastic, and this level of customer service is not routinely offered elsewhere!
