Customer Service-
At first I thought it was a scam because of the fact it was called Honeybalm Australia making me think it was an Australian business and suddenly finding out it was being shipped from China. However after asking them about it, they were quick to respond and told me it’s not an Australian company or a Chinese one, it’s a Dutch company that has different branches for different countries, such as honeybalm US, Honeybalm UK etc. Knowing that they’re an international business and not just an Australian based one makes using a Chinese shipping company make more sense since shipping to Australia internationally can be expensive. However, I do think they need to make it more clear that it’s a international business with branches rather then a country based one to avoid confusion as I’ve seen similar confusion on Honeybalm UK and Honeybalm US reviews. I also had some questions regarding some of the ingredients in honey balm and were also quick to respond regarding that and clarify more about them.

Shipping-
I got my honey balm within a week or two of ordering so it was strange to see so many reviews about how they had ordered a month before Christmas and it didn’t arrive. I assume maybe during Christmas they got more orders than they could handle, causing slower shipping times and struggled to respond to all their customers

Product-
The container is super cute and great for any summery or cottage like aesthetics you maybe going for. I don’t usually like jarred lip balm because I hate the idea of putting my fingers in it to get the lip balm and tubed lip balm always seems to get dirty somehow but the little applicator that you can use is so cute and useful for putting the lip balm on your lips and keeping it clean. I got caramelised pear and chocolate, I tried the canalised pear and it smells exactly like it and has a subtle hint of caramel in its flavour. The lip balm is long lasting and not too thick as long as you don’t put too much on the applicator like I did the first time I tried it. It also makes my lips look nice and glossy like a lip gloss but without the pigment and thick feeling. It’s also helped with my dry chapped lips. Would definitely buy again and am thinking of grabbing the peppermint and original honey once I finish these ones

Heard alot about this and I'm really impressed. Smells divine and I actually put a little bit on my cuticles. When your in air con every day it's awesome

My lips are lush smooth and soft love it. Tastes nice as well.

I gave these as gifts and everyone absolutely loved them, family asked where they are from and they were so suprised at the amazing deals you guys have.

Delivery slow and conflicting emails on delivery status. Still not received. If product is good I may up my stars.

ordered 4 balms as Christmas presents ordered long before Xmas they did not get delivered until after xmas . i had to run out on Xmas eve to buy more presents .Now i am stuck with 4 balms ,No email from the company no apology ,no explanation .Just kept sending me emails of other balms i could buy and discounts if i did ,NOT good enough.DO BETTER

Love the product, gave out as small Xmas gifts. Need to improve tracking and customer service however

Everything went wrong! Firstly I continued to get numerous messages saying the bees were busy and my parcel would be delivered between 10-20th December 2024. Didn’t happen! Then a message saying it was delivered when it wasn’t. Then saying the address was incorrect which it wasn’t, so that msge said send an email if not delivered which I did. Now 29/12, no answer to the msge no parcel.

Such an amazing product! Keep your lips soft and moisturised for hours, beautiful presentation and overall amazing product! Makes for a fun useful gift also. Delivery was a bit delayed but I put this down to my placing an order around holiday time! Highly recommend

Delivery a bit slow, (17 days) updates not very informative.

Terrible service, do not order from this company.. ordered and paid for what was supposed to be a Christmas present on the 29th Nov.Tried to contact them several times with no response, still have not received my order on the 28th Dec. Do NOT order from this company

There seems to be a problem with the delivery service, advising items have been delivered when they haven't, and then turning up a few days later. The name Honeybalm Australia is misleading as the product is made in China and shipped from Hong Kong, so I am hesitant to use the product. The company doesn't respond to emails. The packaging looks attractive.

Have not received my product
Email sent saying it was delivered after being postponed...I don't know where it was delivered to as I have not received my parcel.
No response from seller...have emailed to follow up and nothing from them
If I could give you no stars I would ...I have lodged a dispute with paypal

Lovely lip balm which makes your lips feel nice and smooth. Love the little applicator.

No option for 0 star. I ordered 6 packs as Christmas gift. Not received them at all. I have contacted company many times, no response. Sadly, looked like I have been scammed like everyone!!!!
