I love how effective the balms are

I love how effective the balms are. Love the vanilla and coconut smell. But I didn’t like the honey smell, I thought it was gonna be more sweet. Overall very happy and I will probably order some more.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Waited over 6 weeks for product...all 10 products were all Christmas gifts. Nothing, no email except one day I get an email....they cant find my order. Asked for a refund because I paid for product I didn't recieve ( that is theft). Customer service only refunded me $20 of a $50 order. No product, no refund, no sorry lets make this better. Now I have a new problem in trying to get my money back. This company is criminal

Can’t speak of the actual product since…

Can’t speak of the actual product since it hasn’t arrived after waiting almost a month now. What really make me give a 1-star is that they mask themselves as a EU company even having a .se webpage. Nowhere is it mentioned that they would be based somewhere else. Really bad way of doing business. I should have checked the reviews before ordering this as a Christmas present. Well let’s see when it arrives if it’s like some mention made in china.

Horrible customer Service; didnt receive item

My gf ordered from honeybalm and like how many people say here they delayed shipping and provided incomplete tracking information. We told them to cancel the order since it wouldn't be on time and we wouldn't be at our college dorm for break. They ignored this and sent it anyway. now the package is gone and we have lost 30 dollars. They have awful customer service; constant neglect of our complaints and emails. Also the product ships from china which is misleading false advertising. We are trying to get a refund but our hopes are low since they don't respond. overall, one star is one too many I give it a -10 stars.

Never received my order, silence from Co.

Placed my order on December 4th, received a couple updates and they went silent on December 11th. Since these were meant as stocking stuffers for Christmas, I have sent 3 emails asking where my order is and will I get it by Christmas..nothing! It’s Christmas Eve, nothing. They went totally silent. If I ever receive I will be returning, if not received, I will demand a refund.

One star is one to many but it gets me to write a review. I ordered the black Friday Christmas pack (39.95)and I have yet to receive it and that was on November 20. I’ve left three emails already and nobody has responded to me. First and last time.

How Honeybalm scammed me by taking my money and not fulfilling the order

Honeybalm took my money on October 29, 2025. Today is November 20, 2025. They just sent a message that my order was being returned to their company. Why? Who knows. No explanation, just too bad, no order for you. What a pathetic incompetent company. They never even sent a tracking number for the order. INCOMPETENCE! I would never recommend this company. I've asked for my money back. This should be interesting. I have NEVER had a problem with orders and deliveries. If they do not return my money immediately, I will take action against this company. NEVER ORDER FROM HONEYBALM. NEVER!!!!

Overall really nice.

Really cute packages, and fast delivery. I ordered 5 different lipbalm. And 4 out of 5 was amazing. Specially loved the pumpkin spice lipbalm.
The vanilla is a close second.
Do wish it contained less plastic or could be reused in some way.

Awful delivery

Quite nice lipbalm, also tinted.

However transport is awful.

Ordered 3-pack. Got 2 packed in a bubble wrap, aadress taped with 2 loose tape on it. No box as they show on a homepage, no proper packaging.

Asked where is 3rd. Got info it was sent out. Now long time later checked the status through some site (since it can’t be followed normally), it shows delivered. Have not gotten it.

In conclusion. Problem solving zero and even when it is in Sweden, do not put big hopes on it to receive it. Not ordering again.

BEWARE - made in and shipped directly from China

Company pretends to be EU based but the products, which took 4 weeks to arrive, came directly from China and clearly say "Made in China". This is not indicated ANYWHERE on the website. This makes a joke of their website claiming to care about locally sourced ingredients etc. Customers who want control over quality, workers' rights, environmental impact etc. should steer clear. I emailed to complain and got an excuse back about why they manufacture in and ship directly from China - an excuse that I am not interested in, because the information should have been clear on the website. False advertising. Have complained to Klarna and had the payment halted.

Did not deliver in time!

Did not deliver in time, not even close, slow response from support, not willing to take their responsibility!
As they never came back to me regarding a return, I opened the package and I can tell thee are not a chance in the world that the product is even close to be eco friendly, without hazardous material or whatever the company claimed it to be. Swollen lips, tickling and irritating sensation on toungue and in the nose.

Stay away from this products!!!
