I have been calling Honeywell and…

I have been calling Honeywell and Resideo Company for over two weeks unable to reach them.I tried all the companies phone number left messages,never got call back till today.I have mftr warranty for 60 months for the product HZ221 TrueZone Thermostat for 2zone used for A.C.I called builder new built in 2016 and called certified A.C guy from reputed co.I was told under the warranty send it back to the co.I send so many emails so far no reply requesting them to please have somebody call back as we have senior citizens family at home.Without A.C over two weeks.I hope this message reaches to the Management people to trained their employees and assist customers in solving problems.I had to order parts from online and pay out of pocket expenses cost me $150.00.

Well wouldnt even give these people 1 star if it didnt force me to called them waited on hold for 15 min before gave me option for a call back in order then when they called back 1 hour later they put me on hold after an hour of being on hold i gave up and hung up no customer service you guys suck and i will never ever buy your crap again

Quality does not equal Honeywell

I do not know if you have purchased one of their Lyric smart thermostats lately, but these products should have never been produced. They won't stay attached to the wall and are very difficult to connect to the internet. Honeywell released this product about 4 years ago without any documentation. They said it was so intuitive that it did not need documentation. HA HA HA

The Honeywell brand used to stand for QUALITY. I guess quality is in Honeywell's past.

Seems everything I buy made by Honeywell.

Seems everything I buy made by Honeywell doesn't work very well then breaks and I have to junk it. Most recent one is a little desktop humidity gauge was never very accurate now doesn't do anything, it was cheap ($25). Before that was the whole house steam humidifier (not cheap $1000.) There's one born every minute and sometimes it's me.

Would give a negative 5 review of…

Would give a negative 5 review of honeywell products but because of this scale I am forced to give it a 1. I had a honeywell air purifier a few years ago with hepa filter. It was useless. Did nothing to help allergies and the customer support to buy replacement filters for product was nonexistent. I thought I might give them a second chance and got a tower fan. Broke 1 day after warranty. AVOID ALL HONEYWELL PRODUCTS. They are a waste of yout hard earned money. You are basically flushing your money down the toilet!

Was looking for some advice on their products, a pet friendly sensor to replace my standard ones for recently purchased Honeywell home alarm system. They basically said contact your security installer (which is me of course). Felt like they just wanted to fob me off as not their problem. Terrible customer service!!

Zero wasn’t an option,worst customer service, my unit is 4.5 degrees off per installer, and it only half the time switches the mode from heat to cool, I’ve come in found the temp on the thermostat 76 and it in auto mode set 69 -72. How it jumped above and never kicked the Cool on. Customer service tried to BS me with the temp is an average on the unit and had me calibrate it to the max at -3 degrees when it’s 4.5 withe techs gauge and 6 with mine. I will keep fighting with them till they send me a replacement unit. Never order through ACdirect either no return policy if opened. Even if unit is defective. They sent me to Honeywell. The tech said he hadn’t seen a unit that bad before. Now this the review I submitted to Honeywell/Resideo they didn’t approve my review for posting.

The products are not bad but zero support, so be prepared if things go wrong you will be left high and dry. have been in the heating industry for over 20 years and never had such bad support system from a company, all other companies offer good or reasonable after-sales support, Honeywell will not help you at all they will just direct you to the manual and tell you to read it, VERY VERY POOR customer service.

Service is pretty bad

Service is pretty bad. They do this thing where on a call, they pass you on to another department and make it not their problem. I had to eat the cost of a camera because they wouldn't help me access the product to make the necessary configurations. They said I had to go to the reseller so I did. Same thing happened except they were doing it to the reseller. Attempted to RMA it, they took the camera and I never received a new one. This is about the expanse of 5 months. You have been warned, do not buy their cameras.

I would give this company zero star if…

I would give this company zero star if I could. I had a faulty thermostat and tried to seek assistance, emailed no response. Emailed again, nothing. Plumber tried to call and got through to a call center that didn't have a clue. I'm annoyed that my plumber fitted such poor equipment but also extremely annoyed about the after care. I would insist that your plumber does not use this equipment.

The worst customer service .

The worst customer service .
I called last night and after waiting 30 minutes I managed to speak with a representative who took the information and gave me a claim number , them she told me that she had to transfer me to technical support and left me waiting for more than an hour until the call was lost an hour and a half later without any solution.
And the worst they have my claim number and not by courtesy call me.
I am totally disappointed with them.

Don't buy from Honeywell Store

Don't buy from Honeywell Store. They do not help you. They do not honor their warranty. There will be no one answering their customer support line which is the first step to obtaining a refund. They do not have a list their location so you cannot file with the BBB, so this is one of the only places you're getting the truth.

One of the worst providers of service

One of the worst providers of service. My system stopped working and in the cold freezing winter, I called emergency. Sam on the emergency line answered and without being empathetic, he was rude and also gave me vague information which was not helpful and did not solve the problem.

I had Honeywell cm927 thermostat

I had Honeywell cm927 thermostat, it's only work fine about 14 months and then lcd screen start playing ( sometimes goes on and off ) I managed to contact Honeywell direct by email and I got diverted to other company who was dealing with thermostat so I contact to the company, they asked me serial no date so I provided that , got email next day to say it's out of date and discontinued and they ask me 25% code and the websites where I can purchase ( over £100 thermostat the code only work, what a b*****) I emailed them back with attached pictures from the website which they provided to purchase new there is still cm927 model available so how can it's discontinued? I am so disappointed and I have decided now I will never use any Honeywell product at all.
This is absolutely ridiculous , I wasn't accepting this kind of answers from branded company, you should avoid if you can.
