Never received my order

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts for my fiancé on 12th Dec, the status was stuck at creating my order or preparing to pack my order, right up to Feb 11th! Although there was some discussion and apologies via email in Jan they ended up ghosting me altogether. So I showed evidence of the conversations to PayPal and got a full refund! I certainly won’t be using hoodielabs again, it was a total waste of time and energy. Avoid!

Waited 3 months. No order arrived. Did get a refund though!

Ok, so I ordered a pair of shorts on 9th Aug 2025.

I received a few emails informing me my shorts were being prepared.

I tried the tracking link, but it didn't work so I emailed on 28th Aug and was informed "your order is being finalized and will be shipped by next week"

It wasn't!

Then didn't hear anything for ages and honestly I completely forgot about the order for a while. Nothing arrived.

I remember in Nov, whoops. So hit them up, asking what's the story?

"Please allow us some time to investigate this matter with our team thoroughly, and we will promptly provide you with an update as soon as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated."

Sure, no worries.

I wanted another month, and heard nothing. So I emailed on 11th Dec to ask for a refund as they clearly weren't going to send my order.

They did refund me, but only after I said...
" Please don't take as long with my refund as you have taken to look into the whereabouts of the order."

I got the refund, but it wasn't really the point. I wanted those awesome looking VHS shorts for my holiday in late Sept!

I honestly won't order from them again. You probably shouldn't either. It'll most likely be a waste of your time.

Awesome VHS shorts design though.

after more than 2.5 months I did not receive my order

I ordered 14/11/2025. After more than 2.5 months I did not receive my order. The order status say it is prepared for shipping (if the order status works and you not end up on an error page...). The support wrote me 5 time, that my order will be shipped the next days that week. I need to apply for a refund but they does not react the last 3 days. Very bad.

Order is not arriving
I made an order 2:nd of December last year. It has still not arrived and and last time I contacted support about a month ago I got "We expect to have it finished and shipped within the next few days".
I've ordered several times before and it has worked, I assume this is a sign the company is going under.
Trying to see order status online just gives an error page.

Bad experience

I made my order in the middle of November 2025, but still haven’t received the t-shirts I ordered, and now it’s the beginning of February 2026. I’ve reached out to customer service several times. They promised to take care of the situation, but it seems they are just stalling. I’ve ordered from this company several times before, and every time, the goods have arrived without problems. I don’t know what's going on now; is the company going under or just unable to fulfill their orders? I am seriously reconsidering my future purchases with them and won't recommend them to anyone.

3 month wait for delivery

Ordered item late October was told it was on its way, raised a complaint and they offered 20% off which i accepted amd that it was on the way. Item did not arrive till christmas eve. Would not recommend

Ordered on Black Friday

Ordered on Black Friday. Order was supposed to arrive between 10-Dec - 13-Dec, but it did not. Contacted support, who said there was an issue with the order, and it would be delivered on a later date. This happened 3 more times over the next 3 weeks, with a new date promissed but the delivery not taking place. Decided to ask for reimbursement in the end.

Ordered before the holiday deadline, no communication, delays upon delays for more than a month

Orderd before the holiday deadline,

They missed the delevery date, no worries that happens since its a long shipment. contacted customer service --> delay due to holiday season; despite me ordering before their deadline to prevent this problem. Alright sucks but what can you do.

Fast forward 2 weeks, no tracking info --> reason after contacting customer service; new system... so my order went wrong. ' You will recieve an update in the next few days with a T&T --> A week later no T&T and no contact.

I ordered multiple times with them and their products are good but I have no idea why they ignore their self-imposed deadlines and keep radio silence a lot

A month on from delviery date and still "crafting"

Ordered December 6th, Order still stuck in crafting. No responses to my current requests for information regarding the status of my order.

I don't think there's much more to say. One pair of joggers. I did put it up initially to me missing the holiday cut off date earlier in December, however I would expect an update 2+ weeks on. The quoted fulfilment date was 18/12, today is 11/01.

Absolute trash company

Absolute trash company. Ordered on 12/2 and was told today (12/22) the item won’t even ship out until 1/3… after being told previously on 12/18 that I should receive tracking info in a couple hours.. lol. Their site stated delivery by Holiday if ordered by 12/3… obviously inaccurate. They take 24+ hours to respond, give you false information and take a month to ship items out. We’ll see if I ever actually receive my order.

They lie about the latest delivery

Extremely slow delivery time, now Its more than a month. And they have promised that the package is on Its way in more than a week. Last time They promised a update in 2 hours. According to their page the package is still not sent. I have more than seven T-shirts.
Good and Nice feeling clothes but will not by from them anymore.
Still no refund of the money, I accept they are gone...I received the money last week 😊
