Extremely slow delivery time, now Its more than a month. And they have promised that the package is on Its way in more than a week. Last time They promised a update in 2 hours. According to their page the package is still not sent. I have more than seven T-shirts.
Good and Nice feeling clothes but will not by from them anymore.

Well they don't give you zero stars too choose from so one it is order placed October 28th 2025 it's now 12-16-2025 no order has been shipped refuses to return my money and they'll tell you at least 5 time that it's preparing for shipment you can beg and beg for you order to be cancelled and money returned soooooo if you want to lose money give it to hoodie Labs

Satisfied with the service and products. Of course you need to wait a bit for the delivery as products are printed on order but it’s worth it.

Two months and they never sent the ordered items !
They are quite reactive and answer when you send them a mail and they always say it will be shipped, but it never happens (10 mails, through several weeks). Looks like they try to win as much time as possible until you cannot have the transaction canceled by your bank anymore. Also said they had "lost" my delivery address and asked for it again... (I ordered by Paypal payment: no way they can loose the address !) After opening a complain at Paypal they suddenly generated a shipment air waybill (awb), which, of course, they never sent. Glad that Paypal made a refund.
about 2500euro of business
I've bought about 50 shirts and 10 hoodies and more stuff. The quality has deteriated sharply and some garments are made with cheap stuff. None of the bought shirts are of the samen quality and the hoodies are obviously from different suppliers. No consistency in what you get. But worst of all is their mail where they keep insisting that you get 70% off on their site which is a blatant lie.
Wide choice of products
Wide choice of products. Waiting time however prevents me from giving 5 starts, though I try to understand, that T-shirts were crafted. This is the reason why I can't check them now as I had to leave for 6 weeks abroad before it arrived at home. Painful.

I express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from this company in relation to a recent order. My experience has been disappointing on multiple fronts, and I feel compelled to document these issues so they may be addressed appropriately. The delivery of my order was delayed by five weeks beyond the timeframe originally communicated to me. Such an extensive delay is unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience. Reliable and transparent delivery timelines are fundamental expectations for any customer, and this experience has severely undermined my trust.
Refund Request and Communication Issues
Due to the delay, I requested a refund of the shipping charges. Although I was informed that my refund had been agreed, I have yet to receive confirmation of its processing. This lack of clarity has only added to my frustration.
Furthermore, I have sent a total of eleven emails regarding this matter, of which five remain unanswered. The absence of timely and effective communication from the customer service team is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to supporting its customers.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering this company. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again, as my trust has been eroded by this ‘shambles’ of a process.
Really bad customer experience
I've ordered multiple times in the recent years, without any issue. My last order was a total disaster.
It took about a month to ship the clothes.
The sizing were all completely off.
I've always ordered XS, which fitted perfectly. This time, i could barely pass my head through tshirts collar.
I sent a complaint to the support as soon as received my order. It took them 10 days to respond, and their response was like the sizing: completely off. They offered me to send the upper size, which is not a solution in my opinion. I've asked for a return, days ago, I'm still waiting for their answer.

Very happy with the hoodie
Very happy with the hoodie. My nephew is going to love it. It was on back order so took a bit longer. Communication was good when I inquired.
No refund
I ordered 2 times before, no issues. On the third (years later) order they sent clothes made out of low quality fabric. Returning the package was very slow, had to wait on avarega 2 weeks for a reply. The clothes were shipped back about 2 month ago since then they don't answer the emails and have not sent the refund. Currently the case is with the EU customer agency
No refund, slow support, bad item quality
I ordered a few items on hoodielab 2 1/2 months ago.
At first they kept me waiting and after payment the order status hasnt changed so i hit them up.
Support said something mustve been going wrong on their behalf and delivery will be assured.
Okay, another 2 weeks later i had my items in hand.
I was shocked about the sizes because i couldnt fit in there with half of my limbs, although i had just spend time measuring everything after their size table which gave me (a tall guy) an M.
So the only solution was to send it back, no return label in the package.
I hit support and again they admitted their mistake, this time a recent size table change was rensponsible for the size problem.
I got my return label after a short wait and asking very nicely.
Send it back to Sweden (from Germany) another week passed.
So Gls said it finally arrived, i thought maybe they refund me now, since i wrote a friendly request per email and its all there. Wrong! Nothing happened.
So, hit support, and the answer takes another day saying; your parcel hasnt arrived at their store.
another week goes by, still nothing.
And thats where i am now.
To say the least, the item quality isnt great, it's all plastic and sewing mistakes where visible.
Fantastic printed clothing
The designs are fantastic and the shirts are great. I probably ordered 20 shirts by now for myself and others. The shirt fabric is comfy and durable. Even the shirts that I have worn for years still look great - and get lots of attention. I don't recommend many online stores but Hoodielab is great. They a take a little while to fabricate and ship - so plan ahead.
So..didn't go so well
So... I ordered a college shirt and pants. The order took a month longer than agreed. I had to contact the store what was the status of my order. They said they would hurry up and ship it as soon as possible. It took another 2 weeks. I finally received my order. The size of the shirt and pants did not match the size ordered or the size chart at all. Now I have to return the product, which is also inconvenient because no return form or label came with the package. Well, I filed a return online and a day later I received the information for the return. But when I went to the post office to return the product, they said that the code had already been used and could not be accepted. This is a pretty ridiculous service in my opinion.

Delivery took little bit longer than expected but it was definitely worth it. Products seem to be of very good quality. Rainbow leopard joggers are just fabulous (but my wife wants to kill me now :D)!

Funky Gorilla sweatshirt is more like orange than yellow.

Well I received my purchase and I'm happy about my items Hoodie dress and zip up. The colours are bright, the pattern wonderful.
One item was wrong size and it was quite uncomplicated to fix that. I like it when a company handled problems well. So 5 stars...
Poor shopping experience from June 2025
Cons: crafting and processing order time is ridiculous long. Tracks status not working for months not weeks. Slow communication from seller. Wrong Hoodie delivered. Only offered to replaced wrong item after photo evidence. No form of compensation for nuisance Price is very inflated.
