Missed the first delivery and grateful…
Missed the first delivery and grateful for the quick reschedule. On delivery day, there was sufficient advance notification and the delivery guys were extremely helpful with already planning the next delivery and identifying possible issues with stairs etc. I now feel more confident about the next delivery going right without any surprises. Delivery planning and execution was smooth . Ordering is significantly manual . There we omissions which were fixed next day when they called . And then the big mistake of committing a product that was sold already !

Great customer service for the money you paid
3 years ago I bought a large corner sofa from them which I am still enjoying. Unfortunately some of the support legs were not installed or missing, which we noticed too - fault of the delivery/installation people. Now we just moved to a new house and wanted to fix this problem because the sofa was not so stable with missing legs. Therefore I contacted the customer service via email including my order number and original invoice, described the problem and explained that would be nice to have extra legs if possible. The customer support were really helpful and they ordered 3 legs from the manufacturer (at no extra cost). Today I received the support legs for my sofa and the installation guy was very friendly.
Problem resolved.

Disappointed with cancellation policy and customer service before delivery for stock item
I ordered a custom-made sofa and a ready-made TV stand from this store. While I understand that custom items can’t be canceled, the TV stand was a stock item, not customized at all.
When I tried to cancel the TV stand before it was delivered, I was told I’d be charged a 30% cancellation fee (around €218). I find this fee to be completely unreasonable for an off-the-shelf item that hadn’t even left the warehouse.
Customer service was unhelpful and inflexible. I ended up keeping the order only because the cancellation conditions were so unfair. I’m not happy with the experience and wouldn’t recommend the store based on their policies and the way they treat customers.

We’d like to clarify that the TV stand you ordered is unfortunately not a stock item we keep on hand. It was specially ordered from our supplier based on your purchase, and we were required to accept it once the order was placed. As mentioned at the time of purchase, the item had already been delivered to our warehouse, which means it could no longer be canceled without costs.
We understand your frustration, but we do want to emphasize that this was communicated clearly and transparently during the ordering process. You can also find this information reflected on your purchase receipt.
That said, we truly hope you’ll be happy with your item in the end, and we appreciate your feedback as we’re always working to improve our service.
