I found Hopin intuitive and easy to use. I had no problems or technical difficulties while using it and would recommend it without hesitation.

I've used HopIn for a number of events. I really enjoy the meeting rooms and different areas. The various stages where you can choose different sessions is great. It's easy to use and I think it works pretty well when you can't have a physical meeting.
The random meeting generator is brilliant. I think it's great being able to have various areas sponsored by different vendors and that they have their own rooms - like a booth at a physical conference.
I think HopIn is the way forward to maximise attendance at conferencces and allow delegates worldwide.

I love that there is a mainstage and breakout sessions. This way we give everyone an opportunity to choose what they prefer. The platform runs smoothly. I love that we can connect with those we meet. And that there is DM. Available for the chat. It is a very well out together platform. Love it!

I consider Hopin to be a great platform for online events. I had positive experiences with it. It is well structured and has a solid functionality. In my opinion Hopin is a good solution to carry out events digitally. Even though we all hope to be able to attend events in real life again anytime soon, in some cases Hopin might still be a better alternative. For example when it comes to reaching and connecting geographically distanced people.

I really enjoy using this to attend webinars. The only thing is that navigating workshops was a little confusing for me at first.

In 2020 I used the Hopin platform to attend two VR/AR Association conferences. The networking ("speed dating" / 1-on-1networking) was exceptional. I met virtual and augmented reality CEOs and industry leaders from all over the world, and it was truly a blast! Having 5 minutes of undivided attention with industry leaders is fantastic (better than at in-person events where people can be distracted). Between the two events, I got 70+ leads for my business to pursue. I've connected with so many people on LinkedIn during and after these events. I did many many Zoom followup meetings with the individuals I met online. The daily content and VR/AR speakers were outstanding so I'd say I totally got my money's worth. I enjoyed visiting exhibitors and having quality conversations about their products. The platform ran smoothly so I have zero complaints there. This platform does a great job of enabling you to reach key decision makers in a relaxed yet fun way. I highly recommend it.

The platform is robust and I see much use potential

Hopin worked seamlessly and very easily, and the comments bar on the ride side is a nifty thing. This was my first experience with it, so not much more to tell…

overall a good setup during meetings, but runs the laptop hotter than google meet

Good experience, intuitive for both event organisers and event guests

First time using the platform and we found it was easy to navigate. Hopin perfectly suited what we needed: a virtual space with organized rooms for Keynote Speakers, networking sessions and a marketplace for our vendors. We had a larger turnout than last year's in person event. All that was missing was the wine and cheese! We will definitely use HOPIN again.

Love the platform. I like the option to have multiple live break out session to choose from. Chat capability was great and had zero issues. I had smooth video in every room and didn’t experience any glitches. Just a great experience overall.
