Hopin is ideal for meeting, presenting, discussing and deciding. Flexible and simple.

I've attended loads of events through lockdown, and Hopin is definitely the best platform. Once you've registered the first time it remembers you, so you can join really quickly the next time even if it's a different organiser, it allows various 'stages' and 'booths' which you can swap between very easily, also I've been on events with nearly 1,000 people with no audio/visual problems or lagging!, it has the usual 'chat box' and features but overall just seems more efficient.....would recommend both to those joining events and those who want to host them.

I was very pleased with the interactions with Hopin. On each occasion, it was helpful, cheerful which is very valueabe in itself and made the experience worthwhile. One gets a sense of shared community spirit, belonging and acceptance, no stress. I really appreciate that.

Hopin is a great tool! It really presented all of the great features of an in-person expo online! I would attend another event on Hopin.

The platform has excellent quality, there are many improvements and is very useful to make a virtual congress or event where you can attend to various conferences at the time.

I had a generally positive experience using Hopin. There were a few issues with identifying how to get to the session of choice in a virtual conference that had a large variety of break-out sessions. I would love to see a feature that allows me to schedule my sessions (like in Sched) and have them automatically open once the time comes instead of having to navigate to them manually.

It was a great event and got useful information.

Annoying that you can't have more than 5 people on stage. During our speaker panel, we wanted to allow attendees to join us on stage. However, not only was it not possible, but there was no messaging around the reason it wasn't working (presumably because we were at max number of stage speakers)

I have seen quite some services similar to this one recently, Hopin however added more to it. This was quite a pleasant surprise. Keep up the good work and service!

The best remote conference platform I've seen so far. Easy to see what's happening, navigate to sessions and chat with others watching the same thing. Random speed networking takes the stress out of meeting people and makes it feel more like a community.

With everything in one app, the hassle of navigating to a web page then finding the zoom link and working out which Slack channel to chat on is all gone.

Definitely added to my conference experience, and allowed me to participate more than I would have otherwise!

I have no bad memories or negative feedback. To me this means that I was able to learn, talk to people, and do the event without thinking too much about the tech. HUGE Win

I have had limited usage both as a speaker and participant at events powered over the Hoppin platform. Once you get to grips with the technology it works very well although it was a bit daunting at first ! It brought people together in well structured event each time, with something for everyone from networking, to exhibit, main stage and more. The best part is the energy that people feel after an event and the positive feeling they come away with. That is what overrides any initial start up learnings !

Excellent, easy-to-use tool with various and very useful functions

Love this software, very cool. I love how it simulates being at a conference, down to a vender room. Also the ability to do “speed networking/intros.”

I am not familiar with the platform and it was my first time to use it, but it was great! I had a good experience as it was easy to navigate and very user-friendly.
