Placed my order for two Brompton inner tubes and they arrived safely the following day. Didn't even hear the package arriving through the letter box.

I had a fantastic experience with Hopkinson Cycles. I ordered two Continental GP5000 tyres and inner tubes for my Ribble SL R bike at around 2pm, and they arrived the next morning at 9am – incredibly fast delivery.

The tyres look amazing on the bike and the quality is excellent. Everything was well packaged and exactly as described.

It’s great to see a family business providing such efficient service and competitive prices. I will definitely be using Hopkinson Cycles again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality cycling parts and quick delivery.

Bought two tyres from Hopkinson Cycles at different times, and both experiences were smooth. Prices were competitive, and delivery was quick on each occasion.

There was a small issue with the first delivery, but they resolved it very quickly. The second order arrived the next day without any problems.

Hopkins Cycles were great. I ordered a MicroSHIFT 6 speed right twist grip shifter and it turned up the next day. Price was really cheap compared to other places and everything was exactly as described. Very happy with the service and I would shop here again.

I needed to purchase an uprated cycle lock. After a bit of research, Hopkinsons Cycles came top of my list. They had the best price and good reviews. Their pricing was much better than other stores, the shipping was free, and also quick. Full marks, no problems. A great place to buy cycling equipment.

Once again, great service from Hopkinson Cycles! I find myself using them more and more for my biking needs .. very reasonably priced and extremely quick to get things despatched. I never find I'm waiting for them to get my goods on the move.
I like to think I'm supporting a real bike shop too.

I bought a RockShox DIGITAL Shock / Fork Pump 300 PSI from this company thinking about is cheaper than everywhere else. I receive a completely different brand and the Shop accept return if the item is same. if receive completely different item how can I return what i did not receive ? because they have these video evidence which they never provided to me which confirm the item was right!!!! Very disappointed please do not buy from the seller. Adding up on their response the pump did not fit in the original packaging was mentioned in the first email and demonstrated in the pictures that was a clear sign the pump and the packaging did not match. On the email they call this situation ( they r not entertaining this more)rather helping customer. Even mention that individual is working from 15 years and have deal with 100s of false claims!!! Insulting customer

I ordered new tyres, the order was received and processed quickly. Tyres arrived this afternoon in perfect condition, Tyres are now fitted and look forward to putting lots of miles on them. Great service.

Ordered a replacement SRAM X01 chain. Not only was it the best price but the shipping and communication was excellent. Will definitely buy from them again.

My son asked for 2 Oxford Aquatex bicycle covers for Christmas. The best price I found was at Hopkinsons. And the postage was free. It took a few days to arrive which was fine, I think there is an option to pay for next day delivery if you are in a hurry. Excellent price and service, will use again.

Class service. My own mistake, mistyped my address, meaning Royal Mail returned the original delivery. Quick communications with the team, made a new order that arrived in 48 hours, and they immediately returned my money from the first order. Would use again.
