Great to find a company that really cares about the customer experience and go the extra mile to help answer questions and give a good experience from start to delivery. We’ve been searching for bedside tables for ages and we finally found the perfect ones. Hopo has a great selection of quality furniture.

We waited until we could find what we were looking for below our budget point. So, with a discount code we managed to purchase a G Plan dining table and chairs at a price we were happy with. Hopo we had never heard of, however a quick a Google search and we were confident. We have/had a couple of holidays booked so the delivery had to be within a certain timeframe. Spoke to Steve and all good. Delivery via a third party which I will review separately. Whenever I spoke to Hopo I was always left feeling I was listened too and things would get done. We would recommend Hopo without hesitation.

Larger range of furniture than I expected and such great quality. It was a treat to be able to visit an actual shop with the benefit of extended ranges available online. Customer service was brilliant.

Great customer service answered my question promptly. Delivery was quick and I was kept updated.

The bar stools are great, sadly we recommended counter stools for our kitchen island which when arrived after three weeks were too low. An initial call seemed to indicate a straight exchange was possible. Four weeks and £50 to get new stools delivered plus £20 delivery to us and it's all left a sour taste.Lovely store but hesitant to use again

I ordered the Gplan Marlow table and Darcy chairs.
Perfect delivery. Well informed and on time.
The table and chairs were perfect. Unfortunately, the fixings for the table were missing. I emailed Steve at the address on my order invoice to let him know. I received a reply immediately and was told the fixings would arrive the next day. As promised, the fixings arrived. Can’t fault the company. I received a 5* service and won’t hesitate recommending them to friends and family. Big thank you to Steve. Well done Hopo.
