The return system of kegs is extremely problematic in Germany. I have written 3 times to the company that they need to request DPD Germany for pick up of our kegs as no DPD driver wanted to take them. Nobody ever replied. We are drowning in empty kegs for months now.

The second issue i experienced was the subscription. The delicery was not available in germany but your system was told me that. So i wrote the support. I took 5-6 emails with no understanding from the customersupport until she asks the Marketingmanager or whatever! But the first emails she told me that i am wrong. So my advise for this person here: Ask a person who knows it better than you FIRST!
