Do not order Realflight sim digital download from Horizon. They didn’t send mine to my email ( well over 24 hours wait) and now I’m out $106. Impossible to get a hold of them through customer service emails and IM. I tried to go through real flight website and impossible to get support from them also. They have reached the pinnacle of suck.

As an Elite member I am very satisfied with Horizon Hobbies. My team member Joseph is very helpful and always readily available. One comment I would make is that I would like to see the tracking better, many of us would prefer for other members of the family not to know we are buying ANOTHER plane. with proper tracking we can avoid these interactions.
Just had a charger that was out of warranty stop working. This was an expensive charger. Contacted Horizon customer service and then sent in the broken charger. Horizon sent me a brand new charger for free.
Horizon Hobby rides a wave of hype on an ocean of possibility. Every plane is the best and their products will bring happiness and joy especially if you pay extra for it. I taught myself to fly and I bet 90% of my planes/helicopters have been frrom Horizon Hobby. The only reason I'm still around is my elite club contact Joseph C. This guy needs to run the show and not just be a player. Now I have four Blade helis and a few Eflite planes along with the batteries and chargers and accesories that go along with the HH products. I literally can't walk away from them so easily.
I like how Horizon products that are in stock come quickly with the Elite Membership. They are pretty helpful when yo call on the phone. I prefer calling a person over the automates chat as that has not been very helpful.
Horizon Hobby has made my RC experience so much better. Their customer service has been exceptional, both when I use the chat feature and when I've called in with questions. I recently called with an issue with my plane and they were able to resolve it quickly. I then thought of another issue with a different plane and they continued to work with me even after the long first part of the call.
On another chat, they were not able to solve the problem immediately regarding the website and an issue I was having. A ticket was raised and the rep will be providing me with updates.
Horizon Hobby really desires to have more people in the hobby and is providing exceptional service.
I am back fresh and excited from a Rc Fest 2024 sponsored by Horizon Hobby at Eli field in Monticello,IL. Horizonhobby.com has been my goto for my rc need for many years now and their brands continue to release the top performing rc cars and trucks for ready to run vehicles. They have an amazing rewards program that I wasn't sure if it could be beat but they did with their ability to upgrade to elite which has many benefits. The point multiplier is what drew me in, but the there is the birthday gift, 30% off on your first order and discounts to their sponsored events just to mention a few.
I purchased the eflite 64mm A10 and had it in 3 days. Put it together yesterday and have spent all day today flying it I like it so much! I really like all the planes I've gotten from Horizon Hobby over the past 15 years but I have always purchased them from my local hobby store so this is my first experience shopping online for airplanes. I am very pleased with the quickness of shipment and notifications. I've had several dealings with Horizon Hobby recently regarding my transmitter that I dropped and they took excellent care of me repairing it and getting it back to me 10 days after I dropped it off at ups store to ship to them. They have definitely earned my business over the years and I will continue to support them either through my local hobby shop or online.

To the R.C. Flier Horizon Hobby is well known for both it's variety of planes and the quality control practiced throughout their business. For the last few years the fit and finish of the planes I have purchased from them has been second to none. Yet with all that, in my view to get the best experience I urge you to become an "Elite" member. R.C. flying is expensive so for me, I took a chance spending the money to become an Elite member, but it has been the best money spent in the hobby. Soon I will be approaching my second renewal as an Elite member and there is no doubt I will raise my hand for it when the time arrives. The only thing I can liken it to is having my best friend own a hobby shop. I get responses to every question quick. If I need to do a return it takes only a quick E-Mail. The knowledge I need they offer with a proven successful response. I simply can not say enough good about HH and the Elite membership. I have over 70 planes and although many of them were purchased from HH, not all of them were, but it matters little to my personal representative Joseph C. he is always there to help me any time I ask.
My flying buddies know that my view is anyone who has not experienced the advantages of being an Elite member is missing out on much. By the way, at almost 3 years of being an elite member I have reaped many times the cost of the membership each and every year. Very simply, if you are serious about the hobby, this is the best money you can spend.
I can’t speak for everyone that has had a negative interaction with HH! I’m sure those cases are very frustrating. As for me, I’ve never had an issues at all. I don’t know if every elite member gets Joseph, but that’s who I deal with as well! He’s freakin amazing! I’ve recently gotten back into the RC planes and this has been my go to source. I’ll keep coming back!
My most recent order with Horizon Hobby was on 4/25/24. I pre-ordered 2 Losi NASCAR RCs and a spare NASCAR body. I have been regularly ordering from them for over 5-years now. I have ordered multiple planes, vehicles, boats, transmitters, chargers, batteries, parts, bits, etc. Most orders have been executed flawlessly and in a timely manner. A few have had issues. Every order with an issue has been resolved in a satisfactory manner. Warranty related issues have also been resolved in a satisfactory manner. I have also dealt with the "other" big name RC brands out there. All of them. There is a reason why I keep coming back to Horizon Hobby and remain one of their most loyal customers. They remain my favorite online retailer to deal with and I love their brands.
I have been a loyal Horizon Hobby consumer for 20+ years now. Last year I became an elite member and really enjoy the personal interaction with my representative Joseph. He is great answers all my questions and gives no excuses when he does not have an answer. I know that to have to pay extra for customer service is a hastle but welcome to 2024. I get more back from my elite membership financially than it costs for membership. If you love their products you should become an elite member. You will not regret it.
I belong to the ELITE MEMBERSHIP CLUB and my contact at Horizon is Joe Cristiano and he is the best, I have never met a person in the hobby that has as much knowledge as Joe. Whenever I have a question or if I need something he is always there to HELP. No matter how simple some of my questions are he never hesitates to answer them. When I have something defective he gets it replaced asap. Thanks Joe for all you help and look forward to working with you again in the future.
