Just be Honest. Company stated they would send me another mask when the first shipment was never received. They never fulfilled their promise. So I am out $65.41 Cdn. Don't buy anything from them.

Products are fakes from China and nothing like the photos on their website. They agreed to refund me after returning my item to a Chinese address. However, the refund was never received and I had to get my bank to investigate. Still waiting 4 month's later. Avoid!!

Should be 0 stars ! Do not buy from here . The products are not like on the website . We ordered a boiler suit - terrible size and quality . Tried to return - guess what you have to return to China the cost is more than the goods . Really bad customer service - avoid - wish I had read the reviews on here before I bought from them .

Avoid at all costs. The masks are cheap and shipped directly from China. You are not allowed to return items and are ignored when you try to contact customer services. They are only interested in taking your money. Please also note that the only positive reviews are from France which is the country the company claims they are based in........coincidence or more fraudulent activity from them?

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered from them specifically because the mask they had pictured was different than the mask we could order on any other site. Their costume was much more expensive, but I went with them because they seemed to have a better mask. When it arrived, the mask was the same as the cheaper versions I'd seen on Amazon. I requested a refund timely, sent pictures as requested, they took several weeks in between each follow up, and have said they are not allowing me to return. Absolutely awful, and fraudulent in their practices. AVOID.

Mask are cheap and definitely NOT WORTH THE PRICE THEY ARE CHARGING.
Communication is horrible at best, means there is no communication in regards to refunds or exchanges. Their site claims they want all customers to be satisfied but that is absolutely untrue. They advertise high quality masks but what you are sent doesn’t even match what is shown on the site. BEWARE of this site and shop somewhere else that actually cares about their reputation.

Products absolutelly don't match with product pictures. The quallity of a mask is ridiculous. I would not pay even 5€ for that. Of course I wrote the claim to the comoany but of course no reply from their side. Don't recommend this store at all

Order product 2nd week of October and wont receive it till after Halloween. Product been shipped from china. Not there store in France. Don’t use them.
Update custom arrived on October 31, 10 days after the promised day. I needed the custom for Oct.28 for a party since im an adult. So after receiving the custom after the party I didn’t need it, I tried to return it in its unopen package and they said they would get back to me and never heard from them again.

If I could rate 0 stars I would I tried leaving a review on their site but you can't. The mask we ordered was over 30.00 and looked and made cheaper than toilet roll it's a bag of sh1te. If you want a laugh then this is the site for you.didnt look anything like what was advertised product came from china although website says France the mask had no breathe hole. clearly reviews on website are false. Avoid by all costs could pick up better at Poundland and certainly wished we checked on here first

Products didn’t match what I thought I was ordering. Customer service then argued with me telling me it did (spoiler: it did not) and they would only refund me one out of two masks I ordered. The masks were falling apart and their customer service is rude and incompetent. Products also come from China.

Update- I’m getting a refund for both masks after arguing with them and pointing out that this company is a scam. They want me to pay to send the masks back to China and even provide them with tracking info. Smh.

Good overall experience, fast shipping and nice products

I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality of the Freddy Krueger mask and sweatshirt given the reasonable prices. I can recommend Horrifiq.

Delivery only took 13 days but I'm not really satisfied with the product it's not similar to the picture and photo advertisement, I would be happy even if it's not the same as long that the product is in good shape but there's a defect on it and that really disappointed me, Im hoping that the customer service would help me.

I've had a good experience with Horrifiq. The ordered mask is good quality relative to the price, and I received my order after 7 days. I can recommend Horrifiq safely.

This company shows products from other brands for example I placed an order for the Trick or Treat studios Michele Myres mask but what arrived was a cheap mask which stunk of chemicals.

I asked for a refund since it did not match the item shown on the site and all they said was
"All products are as shown on the site"
and they kept repeating this every time I emailed them.
I did not send it back since shipping was almost the
exact price I paid for the item in the first place.

Please do not order they are scams!

Edit: They replied and it just says exactly the same thing "All products are as shown" They are not.

Edit: They say they are not trick or treat studios masks but the photos they use clearly are from trick or treat studios a simple Google search will show they are.

Nothing genuine or official about these products. Advertised item has zero representation to the actual product you will receive. Drop shipped from China, stank of paraffin and and arrived in a plastic sealed sandwich bag. Joe@customer service, if that’s even his name, couldn’t give a monkeys, money back guarantee does not exist unless you want to spend 12-15 quid to ship it back to China. Avoid at all costs you have been warned. Reported to trading standards, hopefully not too long until these thief’s are shutdown.

Seems this company are trying their best to remove reviews in the lead up to Halloween, funny that.

Once again don’t use this company, items look nothing like website. Fake rubbish from China delivered in a sandwich bag stinking of paraffin!

Sent wrong unofficial Michael Myers mask and when i requested to return it it would cost me another £12 for their mistake

Awful! This site is a scam! Don't buy!! I ordered in September, its now middle of November and still hasn't arrived. Anytime I email to enquire they keep saying its not their issue its the delivery companies issue. I email the delivery company and they say to contact Horrifiq. They won't give me a refund!! Avoid
