Absolutely terrible company to deal…

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. Not only do they send the wrong items (late) they then expect you to return it yourself and pay for it. Laughable. Customer service is embarrassing and completely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money - absolute shambles.

Disgrace of a company

Disgrace of a company! Deliberately leads you to believe that the order will arrive in time by giving a date on express shipping, but apparently this has no relevance and you should go by the delivery time on the shipping policy? Why have express shipping if this is the case and also why have an unachievable date on here if it’s never going to arrive by this date? I asked for a refund as the goods wouldn’t be here in time for Halloween and was told no as the returns policy’s specifies “we do not accept returns from November 1st for goods delivered before October 31st”. I emailed the company on November 1st to say my parcel was still in china therefore had not been DELIVERED by October 31st and they are still saying I am not entitled. Will be looking into reporting them as their website is completely contradicting and misleading!

Zero star, because the advertised product looked good, I paid it and I've got it,but it was not that. The product is ugly. I don't buy anything from Horrifiq.

Don't use Horrifiq

Don't use Horrifiq. They are not a reputable company and are completely untrustworthy. Goods arrived late, not as advertised and in my case my mask has a split on the side of it. Even if the goods are not right you will not get a refund.

Would give 0 stars if possible. At least they have their name correct. This is an horrific company!! Ordered a Michael Myers mask for halloween with a delivery date of 30th which I knew was cutting it fine but the item never showed up until the 2nd Nov. As I ordered late I was willing to overlook this and put it away for next year, however when I opened the parcel the item I received was not what I ordered and was unfit for human use due to the overwhelming stink of solvent, despite claims on their website that their masks do not smell. I have received a number of arrogant emails from their customer services in response to my complaints repeatedly pointing out that despite their stated delivery dates it is my fault my item didn't arrive as expected and they state on their website delivery dates are not guaranteed, fair enough if you read that policy which is not made clear at checkout but is found further into the website in the terms and conditions. However when I complained that I did not receive what I ordered I was told, and I qoute word for word: "And finally, our products are similar to those shown on our website." This is completely unacceptable as I could have purchased the product I received elsewhere with delivery in time for halloween but thought I was buying a high quality, realistic product not the rubbish that arrived. DO NOT BUY FROM HORRIFIQ, once they have your money they do not care about customer satisfaction or polite service despite the lofty claims on their website of 90 day money back guarantee or 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Sub par, unusable products that I am now going to have to pay more money to return.
UPDATE** Horrifiq are refusing to acknowledge they have ripped me off and after repeatedly asking for a refund on the item they are not agreeing to issue a refund, insisting I have received what I ordered which I have evidence to prove is a lie. I am now taking this matter to trading standards.
Update Oct 23 - Horrifiq trying to get my review taken down claiming it was not a real transaction. Have proven my experience to trustpilot and I am now "verified" what a scam of a company trying to have the truth erased instead of trading decently! Hope these reviews save people from this awful business! Happy Halloween 🎃

Didn't arrive on time- shady company

Paid extra for shipping to get here by Oct. 29th and it still hasn't arrived Nov 2. Don't offer extra shipping if it can't get here when promised. I received an email that said it shipped Oct. 25th but according to tracking it didn't ship until Oct. 28th. I tried to contact them via the site and no response. Phone calls went unanswered. I emailed them again and received a response saying they won't even refund the shipping. The item I ordered was expensive so it's not like I didn't spend a good amount with them. Very disappointed.

Would vote zero stars if I could….

Would vote zero stars if I could. Ordered a Halloween mask from this company and paid £6.99 for fast delivery - didn’t arrive on time. Seems the parcel has been to more places than I.

UPDATE actually Joe, yes I do have a brain and I ordered this mask from you because if I paid £6.99 for expedited shipping then I would receive ‘by 29/10/22’ your words - now I suggest you take a look at my order confirmation and there it is stated quite clearly delivery ‘by 29/10/22’ now in my book, this does not mean I will receive it on 1/11/22. Now I have to return this stinky mask - yes it stinks - at my cost - to china, for a refund I will never receive. Never again.
