Zoe was absolutely fantastic right from the start. Her knowledge, skills and commitment are amazing.
She offered a number of options for photographs. We opted with the professional ones which were excellent for a modest cost and really made the difference in showcasing our home.
Nothing was too much trouble for Zoe. She handled the majority of viewings and was always prompt at providing feedback and replying to messages.
Zoe is extremely proactive in chasing the chain and I’m sure her perseverance made the difference in ensuring that it progressed to the planned timeline.
Zoe was professional, friendly and great at communication throughout.
Zoe made the whole experience more manageable and she’s the only agent we’d want to use in the future.

Eliot made selling our house the easiest process at a difficult time. On multiple occasions he went above and beyond his duties and kept me informed at all times of where we were in the process. He was always polite, honest and thoughtful.

I had the pleasure of buying a house listed by Hortons and I couldn't be happier. James, Emily and Zoe went out of their way to make the process as seamless as possible and I'm really grateful for all their assistance. In the past I had quite a few negative experiences with estate agents so I was relieved that we got to work with a great one this time around.

While I'm not planning to move house again in the next 20 years, I'll definitely recommend Hortons to my friends and family when it comes to buying/renting a house.

I’d used Zoe from Hortons to market and sell my parents house back in 2020 so once my Aunt needed to sell there was only going to be one person I called!

I have moved many times and Natalie is the most professional agent I have encountered but still maintained a very personal touch.

Nicole was absolutely amazing. We were first time buyers and found it very confusing and daunting, she helped every step of the way. She explained and made very confident in what we needed to do. (She spoke to us more than our solicitors). She kept us well Informed, in fact at times I felt that she could read our minds, as when I was trying to find out info from our solicitors her name would pop up on my phone with all the info we required.
She is a such a lovely women, very easy to speak to and would 200% recommend her to anyone.
When we come to sell in the future we will definitely wanting to sell with her.

Sat here writing this review in my new home still feels like a dream come true. Massive thank you to Gianfranco Papparozi from Hortons Leicester, he has changed my life for the better by facilitating my first time purchase which was made overly complicated and dragged out by 2 different jobsworth conveyancing firms (1 of whom failed to progress my purchase)- nearly 7 months from offer acceptance to completion.
Franco's communication is top class and he clearly has a passion for his work.
This man is a professional estate agent delivering good quality homes via efficient and effective means.
Would highly recommend Hortons, it's people like Gianfranco that keep the world moving.

Please beware when using Hortons. Although we were happy with the service when we initially started selling our house with them, things very soon changed. After 4 failed sales we decided to have a fresh start and go with a different estate agent that had been recommended by friends and family. We went on to have a very quick and successful sale with our new agent. When an issue arose with our selling fees we were so disappointed with the service we received from Hortons. I had an email out of the blue threatening me with dept collection procedures if I didn't pay the fees within in a week. I tried to email and explain our situation and ask for more time but they were not willing to listen. They even refused to give me a phone number as I really wanted to speak to someone in person so I could explain our very complex situation in detail. There lack of empathy was awful. The situation was incredibly stressful and all they were concerned about was getting their money. Please think carefully when choosing your agent. Go off recommendations from friends and family. We really were just a transaction for Hortons.

My wife and I instructed Tom Sturton to act for us on the sale of a house near Leicester following a bereavement. We cannot speak highly enough of the service Tom provided. We found Tom to have valuable local knowledge, and throughout to be immensely helpful, resourceful, cheerful and diligent. Everything was attended to with impressive promptness, and Tom always seemed to be available when needed. In our experience Tom is the consummate professional, and we will continue to be grateful to him.
