Zoe at Horton’s has been amazing! Whilst we didn’t specifically use Horton’s for our house sale.. we definately would if we moved again, after dealing with her on our onward purchase. The amount of time and effort she puts into her work is amazing. Available at all hours/ days, with conversations over whatsapp at a time to suit you, always with fast replies, even weekday evenings and weekends. She even helped us negotiate getting the keys to our new house garage early on Exchange of contracts rather than having to wait for completion, which helped us massively moving a volume of equipment ahead of the main moving day. Highly recommend Zoe!

Chris Goodwin impressed us from our first contact, a request to view a property the following day. He arranged and accompanied the appointment, providing relevant information in a professional, polite and friendly manner. As soon as we asked him to market our home, he visited us the next day. Imaginative, creative photographs taken by him followed and our house was soon for sale with Hortons. All necessary documents arrived promptly electronically and Chris was available to help at every stage. Throughout the whole time, he kept us informed and was proactive on our behalf. He encouraged us to remain positive when there were delays but he was also realistic. He supported us throughout the whole process and we trusted him completely.
In summary, our experience of Hortons and Chris Goodwin in particular, was excellent.

Rachel Nicholas, who conducted the successful sale of our property was extremely professional, proactive, and diligent in every aspect of the process. The whole experience of working with Zoe has been brilliant. I originally marketed my property with another estate agent and received barely any interest in 10 weeks. After switching to Zoe, I had multiple viewings and 3 offers in the first week. Her photos and attention to detail in market the property was amazing and showed the property in its best light. She then worked tirelessly to achieve the best price. Then once the house was sold STC, she worked even more tirelessly to ensure the sale went through as smoothly as possible. She consistently chased difficult solicitors and was always on top of what was happening. Communication was great, she was always on the end of WhatsApp, even late into the night!
I would not hesitate to use Zoe again and would recommend her to anyone selling a property.

I felt comfortable using Hortons from the word go, and my faith was reinforced and rewarded as issues arose. Rachel was the only person in the whole group of professionals involved in the sale who got anything done. If I needed an update on any element, all I had to do was call and Rachel quickly found the information. If only all the professionals involved had been as attentive!
