The personal touch!
Had house on the market with a national company- little communication from them, and unsuccessful.
Then marketed by Nicole Beale (Hortons) who was personable, proactive and contactable 7 days a week. She kept me advised every step of the way, very reassuring. Finally, she chased each conveyancer in the team to completion. Would highly recommend her!

Nicole Beales was the estate agent during the purchase of our first home. She kept us well informed, made us feel comfortable and overall made the buying process feel somewhat easy!

We can’t recommend her enough and will definitely use her services in the future if we come to sell our home.

As first time buyers, we recieved incredible support from James. Having been on many, many viewings with other agents before finding our house, we can say with certainty that James was the best we encountered. He was helpful and informative during the viewing and was the only agent to actually give us any degree of privacy to discuss the property during our visit. James handled our viewing fantastically and gave us the space to envision our new home when we had been close to giving up.

James was also incredibly supportive throughout the process. He had excellent, regular communication with us.

What's more, James was also very accommodating when we wanted to collect the keys, meeting us at the property and giving us another chance to ask any questions. He even gifted us a bottle of fizz to celebrate! 🍾

From the first viewing we liked Gianfranco very much. He is an open and honest person to deal with. It was so refreshing to find that in an estate agent ! Do not use anybody else! The service from Zoe has been absolutely fantastic we cannot recommend her enough, she went above and beyond what any of the solicitors had done . Communication was great and she is very professional and very reassuring. We had a nightmare exchange and completion but Zoe pushed every step of the way to ensure it went ahead. When it came to finding an estate agent to sell our house I had no doubt who it would be… you need someone who is extremely knowledgeable of your local area, approachable and who knows the market inside and out…. Gianfranco /Hortons is your guy! He sold our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market with offers over. Some say this is the hard part but oh no Gianfranco then had the constant questioning from a pregnant woman about the sale of the property. He dealt with all queries promptly and efficiently - I couldn’t fault him. An extremely positive experience, don’t bother looking anywhere else for an estate agent you’d be wasting your time and money! Cheers Hortons!

Rachel sold an investment house for me. From start to finish she was excellent and guided me through the whole process. Even when the buyer seemed to have cold feet, she picked him up and really looked after his every need to get the sale over the line. I cannot recommend Rachel enough and rate how highly she is. If you looking to sell a house, use Rachel at Hortons.

Chris came highly recommended to us when we were considering a few options with the sale of our house. Chris was always on hand to answer our (many) questions, always efficient and couldn’t be more helpful throughout the process. Lauren was also really helpful and easy to communicate with when arranging viewings on our house.
We will have no doubt about getting back in touch with Chris/Hortons for any future needs!

Selling is hard work at the moment. I went through 3 sales falling through due to market conditions. Each time Jake picked up the pieces and we marched on.
He assured me at every step of the way and worked 24/7 to make it all happen.
NOTHING was too much for him and he was the glue all the way through.
