They went over and above to get the flowers to the new mom - I didn't know her legal last name. But we got it finally!

I ordered flowers and a box of chocolate for my son and his wife and new baby, born in another state. The flowers came within a day and were beautiful. The chocolates never arrived, for an unknown reason but they credited my account. Being so far away, I was happy to be able to send a gift to the hospital.

I placed my order the night before for same-day delivery. The order is still in processing. The reason I chose this higher-priced option was due to same-day delivery. I could have gone with a local florist and had a more beautiful bouquet delivered ontime.

Worst experience. Will never order from this company again. Kept getting excuses on why delivery was not made after other deliveries were made at same time. Delivery finally made at patients house a day later.

The initial order was wrong, and via text message, the order was corrected, and another delivery was made. Thank you for your prompt and great customer service

Didnt arrive by ths time person was checking out so I told them to go to gift shop. Lady just told them to pick what they wanted without taking order number and then 3 days later I got an email saying they were delivered. To whom??? Never will use again. Rather order from outside florist

From what I read on the internet, my Granddaughter would have gotten her flowers while she was in the hospital if I ordered before one. I did but she didn't receive them until she got home. I called a couple times and the Customer Service reps were very nice and apologetic, but I wish she would have gotten them sooner. When we got there, the same day she got her flowers I was disappointed with how much I paid for that small arrangement.

The manager of the Lori's at Methodist Charlton is rude and unprofessional. This was not a one off situation. She is consistently rude and acts like the customers are an inconvenience.

The flower was 3 days late - had to change the address from the hospital for my friend, who's flowers never showed up, to her house. It was a pain in the neck. Each day I had to check up and see where the flowers were.

I was very disappointed in the arrangement that was sent. It looked like someone just took scrap pieces and stuck them in a vase and added water. Every flower was yellow no variety like I thought I would be getting. For the amount I paid and the expensive delivery fee to take up a few floors to be delivered it was definitely not worth it. I live a few hours away and wanted to send my niece something to brighten her day. I was told I could order from gift shop at hospital and they do really nice flower arrangements, this one was not what I would consider nice. I hate even making a review like this but I can’t express enough how disappointed I was. Atleast it’s the thought that counts.

The gift I ordered was not acknowledged to my friend for over 10 days and she was out of the hospital. The website said it would be delivered 24-48 hours after purchase. Very dissatisfied!

Great communication. I placed an order but it could not be delivered due to hospital resrictions. I had continous communication and offered to make accomodations for the floral arrangment. Three weeks later the flowers were permitted to be deliverd by hospital requirements and they were. The service was impecable!
