I had a tricky DNS zone error with a subdomain (CNAME conflict ). I submitted a ticket and they responded extremely quickly. They identified the issue (leftover TXT records conflicting with the CNAME), removed the conflicting records, and added the correct CNAME for me.
The whole process was fast and professional. I really appreciate the quick turnaround — it saved me a lot of frustration and time.

I have a reseller hosting plan. Today, I woke up to find all my websites unstable. I proactively investigated the logs and checked everything my access level allowed. I then sent an email explaining the entire situation in detail and asking for help.
Instead of a solution, I spent the entire day hearing the support agent repeat that they were "monitoring the problem." My own clients were constantly complaining, yet this was the only response I received: they kept saying they were "monitoring" the situation, rather than actually solving the issue and bringing my websites back online.
I have been paying for my plan there for years, and this is the kind of support I get when I need them the most.
