Terrible and terrible company
I am not happy at all. My websites go down many times every day. I cannot access my website most of the time during the day. I open a ticket through cpanel and they respond within days. When the site is running, I can enter the admin panel in half an hour. It's so slow it's like we're living in 1930. They have extremely slow servers. I don't recommend it to anyone. I regret buying hosting from there. I hope they fix these mistakes and I can correct my comment. otherwise this comment will stay here

Their Google ads are not true. I searched for a specific request, in which I indicated what I needed from the server, but in reality this was not there. They deliberately mislead customers.

Bad support, Server down, no answer
I ordered a domain and a server. First, I got a server way to powerful, did not complain and started installing, after an hour the server was gone. Ok, fair enough. I got a second one with the correct specifications. For the domain, the DNS did not work at all, support was completely clueless, impossible to set up reverse DNS or mail forwarding so I had to transfer DNS to Cloudflare for that, no issues at all with Cloudflare. Still, the webserver is running on HostMeNow. As of now, my server is down for unknown reasons. No ping, no ssh and an error from Cloudflare showing that the origin server is down. Opened a high priority support ticket, no answer up until now.
Edit: Server is back up. It took 28 minutes.

Terrible !
Terrible !! giving me the wrong nameservers and are not responding to messages. avoid at all costs. *Update* After contact with the organisation they did not resolved my ticket. They shouldn't ever had allowed .de domains. Since they are not supported. After a new response to them, the ignore me. they only needed to provide a few things. so yeah, bad!
