I bought a domain, and already paid with paypal, after waiting 1 day someone already bought the domain. My Domain was gone, no refund to me, although only 1 cent, unbelievable!!

From a good company to a unfriendly one
Hostnet has been a good provider but if you move a domain 2 days later then contract ends they will charge you the full amount and their customer service also really does a poor job. Too bad they slipped from a great start-up to a bad company. Stay away..

To complicated, and bad info
I took an account on Hostnet, to claim my domain name, and made a email account. Also a free website ? Yes !! So I tried to make my free lite web, but it wasn't possible. Looked on the web and also read on other sites; free, easy and so on. But after half an hour I contacted Hostnet why it would't work. Answer; You can only link one option to youre domain. And that allready was my email address.
Put that info in the 'free lite web' window so we can all save that stress.

The only thing what not worked well in our opinion was the email service! Hard to login and you don't receive signal/message when you receive a new email so you always have to check your email by login!
Thers is also no email app that make it easy to check quick incoming messages.
Specialy with an restaurant, where people make reservations by email its frustrated and doesn't work!
