Not your fault with connecting to the centre but from Doctor centre in serpentine was closed because of power living in Byford and driving 40 mins was a disappointment a text to all would have helped... See more

Trying to book 2 appointments for 2…

Trying to book 2 appointments for 2 family members. Difficult to get on HotDoc when 1 requires a normal session and 1 requires a 2 issue session.
I have had to email reception for a better result.

Absolutely appalled used this service…

Absolutely appalled used this service today followed all the information requested and required answered. All the information paid for the service received a phone call and the doctor would not follow through with what I was asking for. This is after I have paid for the service and got none whatsoever absolutely disgraceful.

So easy to make appointments

So easy to make appointments - and, if necessary, cancel them. At any time of the day or night, whenever you think of it. No more sitting on hold, waiting for your doctor's office to be able to talk to you. When you get to your appointment and notify that you have arrived, you can then log back in to Hotdoc to see your position in the queue. I wouldn't do it any other way.
