Very professional receptionists and nurses and wonderful doctors. I hope the sale doesn't impact on the practice.

Thus is a con and a ripoff. My consultation went from bulk billed to $100. Be very wary!

Hott doc app is very easy to use to book appointments, I love the helpful reminders sent which makes it easy not to miss when I do have appointments or upcoming I can just check on the phone.

As always, booking my appointment to see the Doctor of my choice was straightforward, fast & easy.
The only proviso for that to happen though, is to book in as soon as you possibly can.

I'm fed up with Hotdoc, They get appointments wrong and the latest is they sent a notification last night saying I had an appointment this morning at 9sm, I didn't even make an appointment. Then I got a message saying to pay by credit card. Then a message came through saying if I didn't pay within an hour, I would lose the appointment, an hour later another message came through saying the appointment had been canceled. Regardless of whether I made that appointment or not, let say I did, they canceled that appointment because I didn't supply my credit card details. I am not in a habit of checking my phone every hour or so! I would have been furious if I actually did make that appointment, and it was urgent. How dare they. I'll add my surgery bulb bills!

I find the HotDoc app easy to use. It is very convenient to be able to make an appointment at anytime of the day.

Sometimes it hard to get through to the receptionist to book an appointment so using Hot Doc you can book an appointment when you want to. The booking is easy.
