We stayed at Hotel Füssen to celebrate my boyfriends 30th birthday. I shared the occasion and they gave us a free upgrade of the hotelroom, a surprise chocolate bar with a "Happy Birthday" wrapper, a complimentary drink and a candle in our dessert. We felt very welcome and the service was on point! My e-mail contact before our visit was also very service minded. I work in a facility job myself so I know how hard it can be sometimes, but I was very impressed with Hotel Füssen their service! Ps. We also really enjoyed the breakfast bar. They have an egg station where you can order an omlette but even better, EGGS BENEDICT <3

Cleanliness should be improved. Very difficult to get in touch with front desk. Don't revert to emails. No in house restaurant. They charge for drinking water above 1 ltr water complimentary. Views from room was awesome. Except for this a big letdown for the tarriff they charged for 1 night 1 room.. Nearly rs 16000

Excellent Hotel. The view is amazing

They present themselves as the official website of the hotel you want to book, so at first glance it looks like you’re getting the hotel’s original price. In reality, the final amount is inflated with extra taxes and service fees.

In my case, I was trying to book a room at NH Hotel to visit Padova in Italy. I thought I was reserving directly through their website. Later I discovered that NH Hotel had been sold to SavHotel. When I searched for “NH Hotel Padova,” the first Google result was hotelcheckins.com, which displayed a page written as if it belonged to NH Hotel Padova.

Only at the bottom of the page do they mention that they are not affiliated with the hotel, so technically they protect themselves legally. But at first glance, it really looks like you’re booking directly with the hotel—especially since they appear at the top of Google search results.

I ended up paying 192 euros for two nights instead of the 150 euros I would have paid by booking directly through the SavHotel website. That’s almost 40 euros more for the same stay.
