Some of the websites I found very user unfriendly, others have out-dated locations and prices. I found hotels-scanner.com a breath of fresh air. I was looking for a place for a weekend in Prague and all the search engines weren’t giving me quite what I was looking for. hotels-scanner.com returned a search with the hotels, which have all the things I’ve asked for. I booked a wonderful hotel in the city centre. I have used hotels-scanner.com once more since then. In addition to what’s mentioned above, the website offers very nice discount deals.

the website offers consistently professional service at all stages of hotel booking. I’ve booked with them a few times and has always been impressed with how consistently their goof their services are. I’ve had a few hick ups and errors with my bookings in the past but their customer service team managed to sort things out quickly and stress free.

There are so many booking platforms you don’t even know most of the time where exactly you’re booking. I remembered hotels-scanner.com because the site offered a huge selection of hotels for our vacation at pretty unbelievable prices. I had to shut down the window and start again to make sure it was true, and it was. In fact, we ended up booking a hotel in Bali for 10 night instead of 7 as the website was offering us one complementary night. Totally worth it.

there was an error with my booking with hotels-scanner.com. I contacted customer service not really expecting much as I’ve had negative experience with such website before. To my surprise I’ve had a reply within 30 minutes with a number of solutions and suggestions to solve my issue. The correspondence was consistent throughout two days whilst I was figuring out the best option for myself. Customer service staff were very patient with me talking me through all the options and solutions very thoroughly. I instantly felt at ease and not worried at all. I will definitely use them again. With such exceptional customer service, if anything goes wrong, I have all trust in it being fixed in no time.
