Bought a washing machine in August 2025. Had it repaired 5 times now… still won’t replace the machine. Not only do I have to visit the laundrette every time it breaks when waiting for an engineer I also have to take a day off work to wait for the engineer. It’s having a massive financial impact on me now to which I will never be compensated for. Been on the phone today to Hotpoint x 3 times, curry’s twice and even citizens advice. I’m still no further forward so now have to choose between feeding my children or having them walk around in dirty clothes for another 8 days until an engineer comes and fixes it again. Disgraceful company who clearly don’t care about the welfare of their customers when they been sold a faulty machine

Excellent customer service however, next time wont be buying Hotpoint or Beko as all designed to last 3-5 years then buy again, rubbish model and will go with Bosch or Blomberg in the future.

My integrated fridge freezer was delivered on Saturday 11th July and was fitted. I was told to leave it for 4 hours before turning it on. When I did turn it on I found that the top door had not been aligned properly so I have to bang it shut everything. I rang your delivery section to ask for this to be rectified after having paid £90 for this service. I was told no to start with, when I complained and said I wanted my money back I was then passed onto someone else who assured me they would sent details to depot who would come and put it right when next in the area and he couldn't give me any time scale. I am very disappointed and now have a door that needs to be banged shut every time.

AVOID at all costs! I purchased a double oven in May 2026 expecting cashback, went through the process of having to wait until I could submit my claim (over a month - maybe so I couldn't return the product knowing I wouldn't be getting the cashback?) to then be told my claim had been rejected as the product wasn't eligible. I purchased it from Appliancesworldonline, and it clearly said on the website I would be eligible for cashback from this purchase, they have asked for evidence of the offer on the website, which I don't have, as clearly I didn't expect to have this issue. The whole thing feels like a big scam
