Would not recommend there fitting service

Very poor they would not fit the washing machine as they said that the pipes was to tight and would not turn off the water as they wasn’t allowed to. Surly not all homes have new pipes. Left me with a new washing and an old one and all the packaging to dispose of and a new one to fit. Should not offer fitting service if they can only do 1/2 the job and not switch off the water. Ended up getting a private plumber to fit it took 5 mins to turn off the water. Disgraceful service.

Not good experience

We purchased a cooker from hotpoint and on the day it was installed we were instructed to turn the ovens on full for 30 min to burn off chemicals from manufacturing then the grill for 15 min for the same reason. When I turned the grill off I burnt my fingers as the knobs had melted and the top oven / grill Knob came off in my hand.
I contacted hotpoint and was told replacement parts are out of stock and will be contacted when in. Over a week and not heard anything from them.

Good evening when I purchase a big item…

Good evening when I purchase a big item I expect it to be delivered by 2 drivers. I live in a first floor flat and the delivery man had to leave it down stairs in the hallway. Iam 63 and have severe illnesses. So I could not move it myself had to get 2 people to move it upstairs into my kitchen.
