Long wait times
Long holds for operators. Attempted twice and given up. Went through WhatsApp to book a repair appointment however was referred back to the telephone line. Despite being given a designated time for a callback, I was still on hold for nearly 10 minutes. Disappointing considering it’s a Saturday, not even peak times. I’ve given up.

I have not used the tumble dryer yet…
I have not used the tumble dryer yet because of the good weather I did not receive my tumble dryer till 7pm but the good thing is when tracking it told you how many parcels they had to drop off and also when they did arrive they were so happy I had moved out of kitchen and taped cable to the top of old one customer service was excellent and I am so glad I have taken the extended warranty out

Multiple appliances
It was great that I could register 3 appliances in one call, even though they are different makes. The downside is that I signed up for insurance without really considering that the warranty itself should be sufficient cover for now.
