AVOID!! find someone professional
AVOID!! 3 months in and still not fixed! Took heater element away after leaving something that we don't know works and not answered any calls. Various messages left and texts - no replies!! Completely unprofessional. Have managed to get the problem fixed within a few days of asking someone else.
