I've hired from this company on a number of occasions now & I truly cannot express what an amazing company this is, from the booking to Delivery & set up everything is always so easy and stress free, A very professional company that really cares that you have the best experience during your hire their always on hand should anything occur or for any questions you may have. The hot tubs are fantastic value for money, super relaxing, very clean with a great set up of everything you need. we've hired for Birthdays & also hired just to generally relax & unwind all in the comfort of our own Garden. The staff are all so lovely and go above and beyond for their customers I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Be very careful of height restrictions. They stared width but not height so when it came to be delivered we couldn't fit the hot tub in. I called to discuss getting my deposit back as it isn't stated on the website I don't feel I should be held to this. We wouldn't have ordered a hot tub know full well it wouldn't fit. Tried multiple times to which they never answered got a call back 4 days later where they tried to state they told us on the phone about height. this isn't correct as I was on speaker phone with my wife any they never stated a height restriction. They said they would check the website and call me back. that was 3 days ago. Really poor customer service.

Really good company. Good quality large hot tub. They quickly set it all up and took it away at the end of the hire.

Hired a hot tub for husbands 60th in the midst of lockdown. Lovely hot tub and staff friendly but some communication problems and felt I had to initiate contact when it should have been them informing us of the details.
Overall a good service and enjoyable time
