Kept us up to date at all times and was delivered and installed on schedule. The installation team were brilliant. Arrived on time and stayed till all set up and showed us how to use it. Introduction to Hot tub Life
My wife and I really cannot praise on line spa’s more, they were wonderful from our first contact to make enquires to the final delivery. All the way through they provided technical and helpful advice that made the whole experience a delight. The delivery was undertaken in a very efficient manor by knowledgeable and friendly personnel who really understood the needs of the customer. I would recommend anybody who would like to enter the wonderful world of hot tub life to use on line spa’s to make their entry as smooth and stress free as it can be. Their after sales service one month into purchase has been excellent.

Happy with the sales and technical service, installed it a few days later. The staff were helpful and friendly and communicated all aspects of maintaining and looking after the spa well.

Love the hot tub, good company, some focus on CX after purchase would enhance customer journey
Hot tubs was good for first month, noticed a chunk was missing from a panel and then one of the headrest lights went out. Called to advised was called back to say engineer would be out. 2 months later and I'm still waiting. 3 months in and the hot tub has cut out twice now, panel unresponsive. Called Tuesday 21st of May told would be called back, still waiting now and it's the weekend which they don't work.....
Update:- Engineer came today 1st June, both light in headrest and control panels had a loose connection, these were reconnected properly and also panels reset to fit correctly, still awaiting new panel due to chip but not causing any issues in terms of insulation and heating. Had a call from the team unfortunately I couldn't talk at the time due to work advise a different time but never called back again.

No customer service aftercare
Great service from the start , the installation was a day later than planned, but I was kept informed and installation went ahead the next day as promised..didn't take the guys long.
And nothing was any bother ...ok I'm going to edit this been a year now and the after service is shocking I have sent numerous emails@text with no response..
The plug has blew twice I have had to get a sparky up just to check it...I was only looking for advice from them too see if others had and failed plug fittings..last email was sent yesterday and still nothing..

Waited over a week for maintenance guy…
Waited over a week for maintenance guy to ring me but still haven't heard back. Have had to get another company to come and sort out. They never ring you when they say they will. Overall customer service is not the best. Never use them again
