Very detailed level 3 survey report received less than a week after the inspection date. Great communication from Vicky and Helena who are very friendly. Tony Stubbs is very thorough in his surveying.

I found Torus Surveyors when I was looking for a surveyor local to Manchester as a FTB. After reading a lot of positive reviews, I decided to give them a chance and they did not disappoint. Vicky was very quick in reaching out with a quote and advising next steps. Our Level 2 survey was booked promptly and took place about 2 weeks after first contacting Torus. On the day of the survey, we received an email from Vicky to confirm it had taken place and a call from Carl taking the time to walk us through the key findings and putting our minds at ease on what it all meant. I was impressed by his local knowledge and felt reassured to know when a certain issue was common to the area, etc. The survey took place on Tuesday and we received the report on Friday. It was a very comprehensive report and comforted us in our decision to purchase the property. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend!

Great experience with Torus. Contacted about a level 3 survey via the online portal. Quote was reasonable and the Torus team arranged the date with the selling agent. Survey was carried out on the date agreed and I was given a call afterwards to confirm it was completed and some of their high level findings. Advised it would be 5-7 days for the full report to be issued and this arrived on day 5. Report was easy to follow and very informative on what steps we should take prior to purchase. Great service, great communication and a pleasure to deal with - no stress at all.

Although there was a wait for the actual survey to be conducted, it was thorough when completed.
The survey was available to us within the agreed time. The whole experience was professional.

I found that Torus offers a personal touch to their service. The phone call I received after an online enquiry was great! We were kept in the loop throughout the process and had a detailed telephone conversation with Chris following the survey.

Great and personal service

I did some serious research to ensure that I picked the correct surveyors for my property purchase as a first time buyer. I was extremely happy with how Torus accommodated me by moving my inspection forward when they had a cancellation.

As a first time buyer, I was apprehensive about choosing the right company for a survey, but Torus were fantastic. Great communication from start to finish, and the report is very in depth. They take pictures of anything they highlight too, which is very helpful!
10/10 would recommend to anyone!
