Badly damaged. No help.

We ordered new bedroom furniture as a gift. Ordered 4 pieces from another supplier without a single problem. We had to order 1 item from House2aHome because the other supplier didn't have stock. Item arrived in very bad condition (looks like it has fallen off the lorry)(75% of the panels are smashed or damaged). House2aHome not helpful at all, they've just referred us to the manufacturer for replacement parts.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I have tried to resolve my issues and now receiving no response at all - so its unfortunate that I am left with no choice but to leave multiple reviews online about them to warn others. I purchased 2 x bedside tables and 2 x 8 draw chest of drawers. Delivery took a long a time and required chasing on 3 separate occasions. The bedside tables were then finally delivered. There were screws missing from each of the bedside tables and a small scratch, it then took multiple emails and calls to get this resolved, however, this was just the start. After chasing a further 4 times for the chest of drawer units they were finally delivered! It took 5 weeks as opposed to the 'up to 21 days' advertised and without chasing I don't think would have been delivered in that time frame. 1 unit was built with no issues at all, the second unit has LARGE scratches in the top panel so again reported this. Its been over 2 months since this order, House2ahome are not assisting or seem a bit interested, they push you to the supplier as they only act as a middle man. Now served with 14 days notice and then a follow up with trading standards and my bank has agreed to take action for a full refund. Do not use House2ahome - order directly with 'Furniture To Go' and cut out the middle man or risk all the same issues we are facing. House2ahome are happy to take your money, but you will be on your own thereafter, chasing your own furniture up, deliveries, and issues thereafter.
