STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Most of the items you'll find on the website are unavailable, after you order they will offer you "free upgrades" to alternatives where they try to charge you the same price for significantly lower quality items. They ordered an actual WalMart bean bag to replace a felt sofa and then incorrectly shipped it causing two of the same PoS to show up weeks later. They contract their movers to 3rd parties and have terrible communication so the mover will show up with the wrong things over and over again. Their service desk is in India and so is barely helpful to get any issues resolved. Their contracts are incredibly and intentionally complex and you will find hundreds to thousands of hidden fees when you end it.

Absolutely disorganized and unreliable…

Absolutely disorganized and unreliable company. Furniture delivered 1 week late, furniture not properly assembled, not all pieces ordered were in delivery, did not pick up on arranged date. Customer service trained to appease and offer $20 to you for their complete incompetence. Avoid them.
