Harda and the other mover were amazing and very understanding towards the situation. Very helpful and helped us all the way through the moving process.

Be careful using this company! They were the cheapest and did a great job - EXCEPT some of my items went missing - I know for a fact as I had just finished packing some of them on the morning of the move! There is no recourse here and sadly I even tipped each driver £20 - for a job well done. Ensure that you list each exact item and be cautious to go for the cheapest - lesson learnt ☹️

Such an amazing moving experience with Sultan and Othman today. I had a friend who bailed on me and my estate agent had problems with the timing, but the company was super accommodating, changing the pick up time efficiently.

They handled the furniture up 4 flights of stairs with no damage, and the whole experience took 2 hours! Incredible really. Super glad to have booked with them.

I moved my house with these folks and it was amazing and smooth service.

My movers were Harda and reband, came right on time, did end to end packing and gave me space in the van to go to the new place!

Furniture damaged, still no response a week later regarding my complaint. 3.5 hours late. Don't waste your money on a company that uses people who have no care about your items.

I cannot be more grateful for Reband and Radar from House Movers! They have delivered such a wonderful work! So professional, highly skilled who genuinely care about the job and their client’s satisfaction.
We were looking for a removal company who could provide a great service without overcharging their services and this is how we found House Movers!
We spent a magical day and felt supported from the beginning until the end. These guys are paying attention to details and will give their very best, they work at 1000% with all the equipment needed and without looking at the clock. Also, they are very polite, respectful of your belongings, charming and kid friendly which makes a big difference, their expertise makes the journey so much easier. They delivered an excellent work and for all we had to do, I can also say that they have excellent time management and are organised. Their guidance was priceless.

On the top of that, House Mover’s website is very helpful and easy to use, the booking was so simple, no unnecessary blah blah on the phone or back and forward emails, you go straight to the point, you know what you get and where you’re going with them. If more time is needed, you increase the budget in a fair manner and they’ll do it with a smile on the face. The overall experience is simple and so efficient and this is the House Movers way.

We moved from Croydon to Canterbury and had a Brilliant moving experience provided by Hardar & Mohammad, they were fast and efficient with loading and unloading, on top of that they were so nice and friendly, highly recommend them.

The movers were very nice, but I think the company was exploiting them and that led to a lot of issues.

Despite a detailed video inventory of our house, it took the movers a lot longer to pack everything than had been estimated. That meant we had to leave before they were finished, in order to pick up our new keys.

They arrived at our destination 3 hours late, and at 1am told us the company wanted an extra £400 from us because of the delay. We had no choice but to pay, which was fankly exploitative.

The poor movers arrived at 9am and didn't finish until 4am. We had suggested splitting the work over two days at the point of booking, but the company said that wouldn't be necessary. Being overworked meant a lot of mistakes were made.

Multiple items and important documents belonging to our landlady were accidentally taken, and we had to pay to post them back to her:
* Wall mirror
* Food caddy
* Internet router
* Lightbulbs
* Important documents

Multiple items belonging to us were left behind, and we had to pay to buy them new:
* Bathroom shelving unit
* Kitchen and bathroom bins
* Phone chargers
* Guitar stand
* Tools
* Bath mat
* Tea towels
* Coat hooks
* Hair shaver
* Serving tray
* Posters
* Food

Multiple things were also broken, many with sentimental value that could not be replaced:
* Smashed picture
* Suitcase
* Books bent
* Art print bent
* Embroidery hoop broken
* Ceramics bought in Malawi
* Sewing machine cover

We communicated all this to the company, but they have refused to respond to our messages, or refund anything for all the extra costs we have had to pay.

Driver and helper were on time and very polite.

We recently moved our household stuff using house movers. The two people who had come with the van, Sultan and Fala were really professional and did their work efficiently. They were kind and polite and made our move a pleasant and smooth one. We will definitely recommend them for their service and professionalism. Thank you House movers and Sultan and Fala.

Harda and Reband were beyond amazing. I was very anxious about moving and they made everything so easy. They even put my son's bed back together for me at the new house! These men are so dedicated, efficient, and professional. I really can not speak highly enough of them. They are a credit to the company and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I used House movers for the 1st time to move my home contents from the UK to continental Europe. The service I received exceeded my expectations.
