Ordered through this retailer and I have never experienced such disregard for customers.
Slight problem with our order so attempted to contact House of Angus by phone (voicemails left), email, Facebook message and Instagram message. No reply whatsoever.
DO NOT GIVE THESE FRAUDSTERS YOUR MONEY!
I ordered an item for my niece from here yesterday and within the space of a few hours I had an email saying it was dispatched and it would be delivered tomorrow. The item arrived well packaged and exactly as I ordered it! Thanks House Of Angus, I will be ordering from you again.
Terrible customer service. Have an item that arrived in a completely broken box. Have called customer services twice to have this resolved with no communication. The customer services man was very blasé with no urge to help and was almost accusing me of the damage. The product itself is beautiful but cannot be given as a gift in its current state. Once this issue has been resolved I will not be using house of Angus again
